A few points, anyone with any actual knowledge of how litigation works understands that 'drop hands' is used all the time and for many reasons.

I use "drop hands" sometimes. It means "you are a nuisance and you have no case, you know this, but you can't afford the risk of having to pay our costs so you are continuing this action because you have no way out. Here is your route out. Now, go away".

Steph - is it funny to make golf references? People know the backstory and it’s just not something to joke about.

Also the posting of photos on social media/the hint of visiting the workplace of the husband of someone you have a public spat with (which yes does sound like a threat so please don’t pretend it doesn’t) even though I am sure you would have no intention of causing somebody harm. However there are enough people that do very silly things.

I am really tickled by Steph’s appearance here. It powerfully reminds me of my ex, who chased me round the internet after our divorce to post “corrections” on anything that I posted, whether it related to him and our divorce or not. It was extremely important to him that, whatever anyone else thought, he had TOTALLY WON EVERYTHING and was FUCKING FANTASTIC.

By the end of it, let’s just say I wasn’t the only one who thought he was a massive wanker.

Question regarding deadnaming, surely someone with a previous criminal conviction can’t then expect to claim a new identity and not have the old one mentioned? I realise that’s what done activists are hoping for, but that’s not an actual right.

If someone had been harassing me, I wouldn’t consider it a ‘win’ if they paid a bunch of money ( they could easily afford ) to a legal firm and absolutely nothing to me, nor any actual conviction. I would consider that a massive fail.
