Why is Betts allowed to call Yaniv a guy when Twitter bans GC people, particularly women, for doing the same?

And what's with the very odd wording Betts has chosen? Betts doesn't call out JY's pervy obsession as alien, grotesque, abhorrent & unacceptable. No, Betts says as a trans woman I've never been this obsessed with 10 years having periods, which suggests that as a trans woman Betts shares the same obsession as JY, just not to this extent.

Also Betts's Tweets about JY express/reveal not a lick of concern for the girls & women violated & endangered by men like JY. Betts's sole concern is that transgender predators like JY might make all men who claim to be women look bad in the public eye.

Because its down to pile on reporting campaigns. Are you popular in the right circles or have you been vilified as evil. Might yet happen to Betts, but I would suggest that Betts doesn't get reported as Betts is still respected and has the right connections.

Yeah, no. Criminal laws are in place to allow police to investigate allegations of anyone of any gender behaving in a threatening manner in a toilet or changing room, or harassing or attacking people after the alleged crime has taken place . A large proportion of these crimes against women are never reported as the woman involved is too distressed and has little to no faith in police response; a very large proportion of those that are reported are not prosecuted by CPS, and only a small proportion of those that get to court ever successfully end in any real consequences for the attacker.

They're fucking awful laws that already don't work to protect women, Penny. Do your bloody homework.

I am pleased to see the case of JY getting more attention. JY recently appeared at a local government meeting to 1) boast of getting Meghan Murphy banned permanently from Twitter and 2) advocate creating a LGBTQ liaison and installing more sanpro machines in toilets at local schools. Any guesses as to how JY envisions those logistics working out?

The Kiwi Farms thread is extremely worthwhile. They have collected reams of evidence and won't be intimidated into taking it down (even though JY is apparently trying his usual tack).

KF also has information (though not yet a dedicated thread) on a person who advertises domination services as "Western Canada's Only
Transsexual BBW Goddess" and seems to form another piece of the local woman-silencing movement. This person spoke at the Vancouver Women's March this year.

I don't think Yaniv has actually asked Kiwifarms to take the thread down though, they seem to want pictures of Yaniv taken down on the premise that (although they have been shared by Yaniv in the public domain) they are his intellectual copyright.

Although the response wasn't quite as succinct as Miranda's, I note that it was basically "here I am - bring it on".

Be interesting to see if Yaniv actually has the balls (sic) to take his legal actions outside Canada - I assume that any action would have to be served in the defendent's own country and subject to their laws rather than Canada's?

Kiwifarms are extremely unlikely to comply with requests to take down things which they consider to be important in terms of free speech.

Mainly because it would end their usp and in turn end their business!

There is demonstration of this in Scotland.

Paris Green, part of a group convicted of horrendous torture and murder of a man in Edinburgh, is in the female wing of the jail. About to have surgery in England - which means having prison staff on shifts with Paris at all times whilst travelling to and recovering from, the surgery. We don't know what surgery Paris is having. Paris has been moved from the female estate many times for having sexual contact with female inmates. no reports of rape - but, I'd question that as Paris is fucking huge, violent and properly dangerous. Doubt I'd complain.

Anyway, also in the same prison is Tiffany Scott - who has not got a conviction for murder, but is known as "Scotlands most dangerous prisoner" on account of Tiffany being an absolute madman - worth googling "Mighty Almighty" which was Tiffany's previous name. Tiffany does not have sexual assault rumours, or convictions.

So...WHY is Paris in the female wing of the jail, and Tiffany is not?

If it's "acceptance without exceptance" then when does Lianne Huntley move to the female prison system?

Ludicrous.
