Yep, Ruth Hunt’s “acceptance without exception” statement will come back to bite her on the arse..

Agreed. When the shit hits the fan Stonewall (and I hate to say it, I've been an ally for years) are going to look complicit.

WSPU · 26/12/2018 11:07

They will link the two but probably find some way of blaming women for it in any case (probably mothers for not protecting their children). Or foreigners.

Well how can we protect our children when out of the two people being arrested the paedo walks free while the somewhere down the nick being quizzed about pronouns

Gileswithachainsaw · 26/12/2018 11:11

While the women

ChewyLouie · 26/12/2018 11:18

I’d say they’re not calling him out because at some level they accept his views- whether it is entry into women’s spaces or access to women and girls. Not wanting to draw attention to him is giving the group an excuse regarding his behaviour. They do not deserve an excuse they need to man up and call this out for what it is.
Acceptance without exception-he is getting online abuse, is Ruth tweeting her support for him? If not, why not?
I agree that class privilege is a reason for the non questioning of the trans cult. The truth is they’re so right on they fail to see / could not care less aboutthe harm they’re about to unleash on vulnerable females.

Gileswithachainsaw · 26/12/2018 11:30

I think you are probably right there chewy

Calling out little girl bigots and getting into facilities with girls has featured in alot of prominent cases when telling their stories.

It's even included in a book someone wrote.

It's probably very difficult to speak out about this when you have done near enough the same thing and we only have their word there's nothing more to it.

HomeStar · 26/12/2018 11:36

Yes, that's why they don't want to draw attention to him! They're fully in agreement that JY should have access to women's spaces, and they're aware that's not an acceptable view. They think it's okay for this man to go into women's and girl's bathrooms. They think it's absolutely all right that he belongs to a women's gym - they're presumably less thrilled that he complains online afterwards that he didn't see many boobs in the changing rooms, but only because he makes them look bad. (And some of them aren't even strategic enough for that - Morgane Oger publically endorsed his ball-waxing harassment campaign, even after the pedophilia stuff was public knowledge. I guess MO is drunk on narcissism and feels untouchable after feminists backed MO's harassment of a rape crisis centre.)

But hypocrisy has never stopped these people before. Karen White got publically disowned for the most part. I think more of them would be trying to distance themselves from Yaniv if they weren't hoping it could still be swept under the rug.

By the way, KiwiFarms isn't working for me. DDOS attack? I suppose given the nature of the site, there are a lot of possible suspects for that.

NotBadConsidering · 26/12/2018 11:42

I promised myself I wouldn’t go back there but I just tried Kiwi Farms again and it works fine HomeStar. You owe me a drink [off to scrub myself again].

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 26/12/2018 11:46

I would say it is because if they call him out the whole house of cards edifice starts to crumble. I suspect that Stonewall, TRAs and allies aren't saying anything because they don't want to draw attention to him - the sooner he stops being a person of interest the better for them.

HomeStar · 26/12/2018 11:51

Thanks, NotBad. I just tried to get there on mobile data and it works fine. Wine Gin Brew, whichever you prefer!

Must be this ISP, though I could swear it was working here a few days ago.

Knicknackpaddyflak · 26/12/2018 11:59

This individual is as trans as anyone else is. This individual is actively using the trans protections and being protected by them in the course of their actions. They are doing exactly what everyone said would happen, in plain sight.

So come on, Hunt and May and Bercow and you other idiots who couldn't be buggered to do your research properly or think this through instead of chasing your own personal agenda. Look at who and what you're supporting, and what you've allowed to happen. What, exactly, are you going to do about it?

May I remind you of the crowds around the vans of the Bulger killers and Huntley among others, and what would have happened if the general public had got their hands on them? Now try remembering in history what generally happens when the public no longer trust the law or feel they have justice. Now think about what may happen when someone's kid, wife, sister or mother is abused in a public toilet or changing room courtesy of this utter, cowardly idiocy you've made of the law?

Ffs do a bit of bloody risk assessment.

OlennasWimple · 26/12/2018 12:24

This individual spent Christmas day sending a legal complaint to Kiwi Farms demanding that they take down 50+ threads about them.... Ha! Not gonna happen

Ereshkigal · 26/12/2018 12:40

What a difficult decision. If anyone wanted evidence of the moral vacuity of many TRAs, look no further.

This.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 26/12/2018 12:41

Not just TRAs, bu their allies, too.

Ereshkigal · 26/12/2018 12:42

I'm looking up this Jonathan/Jessica Yaniv guy, all I have to say at the moment is that as a trans woman I've never been this obsessed with 10 year olds having periods, this isn't a characteristic of trans women.

Esther is playing with fire themselves there.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 26/12/2018 12:42

Gah. But, not bu. (Typing with cat on lap.)

Ereshkigal · 26/12/2018 12:49

Not just TRAs, bu their allies, too.

Absolutely.

howard97A · 26/12/2018 12:51

Mariotta

"We know that roughly 95% of paedophiles are male. Where is the evidence that MTF transitioners are any less likely to be so than men who do not transition? Let alone the idea that some people who aren't really trans will transition - or pretend to transition - in order to access minors more easily?"

Penny Mordaunt says, “It is worth saying that single sex services for vulnerable people, such as domestic abuse refuges, have robust assessment procedures that allow them to turn away anyone who poses a threat to vulnerable women and that criminal laws are in place are in place to stop anyone of any gender behaving in a threatening manner in a toilet or changing room, or harrassing or attacking people.”

So, there’s nothing to worry about!

Ereshkigal · 26/12/2018 12:53

Esther is playing with fire themselves there.

Realised what I was saying isn't clear. Esther Betts has named JY on twitter in connection with dodgy stuff. It will be interesting to see if action is taken there against EB where JY appears to have influence and has got many GC women and their male allies sanctioned, often permabanned, the most prominent being Meghan Murphy.

Gileswithachainsaw · 26/12/2018 12:58

These laws and protections don't exist for them in any other establishment though do they Hmm

So women should just tell the police when they are attacked in a toilet. However they can't do the same..

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 26/12/2018 13:04

I really really hope that this comment was tongue-in-cheek because if it wasn't, I nominate it for Stupidest Comment of the Year.

Ereshkigal

As well as committing the 'literal violence' of misgendering...

Yes, tongue firmly in cheek. I should have made that clearer.

ShotsFired · 26/12/2018 13:21

I really want to know who the woman was that was chatting away to Yaniv in those screenshots.

Her horrendous lack of concern for the safety of women and (mostly) girls while she chit chats with him about tampon strings and changing rooms is sickening.

starcrossedseahorse · 26/12/2018 13:24

No doubt she was being 'kind' to the paedo in case he felt rejected or his feelz got hurt.
