I see the crowd funding thread has been deleted. Message from MNHQ re not allowing campaigns not from registered charities etc.

Have I been had? Now panicking about doxxing etc. I just wanted to help. I'm not that savvy really

you could donate to charities that run groups that actually help young people or even any other lgbt orginasations that use the funds to help vunrable people.

This is nothing to do with the billboard Bespin. This is about the FairPlay for Women crowdfunder. The billboard was Standing for Women, who are also seeking donations as it happens. And selling some lovely tees. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to clarify.

Hopefully this thread is a good reminder for people to donate to any causes they support, so your bumping is most appreciated Bespin.

Yes I think that's the one she means, and they do help young people. Their website says

"Over the past few years there has been a global rise in the number of children referred to gender clinics. There is no reliable scientific basis for the diagnosis of transgender, nor long-term research on the outcome of treatments. Setting children off on a path towards medicalisation with irreversible life-long effects is an experiment which has no precedent."

Exactly. No child should be put on chemotherapy drugs or face castration / mastectomy just because they're gender nonconforming. TransgenderTrend do a brilliant job.

So that's two organisations worthy of our financial support.

Presumably if you donate from the button on their site (which I just did) it doesn't add to the crowdfunder total (which I seem also to have done ages ok). So donations will be loads more. Just saying.
