A twitter account is saying that stickers in Manchester Oxford Road station have razor blades behind them put there by TERFS. If you are terfblocked you won't be able to view.

I don’t want to block anyone - if we can’t see the scaremongering lies, how can we get the British Transport Police to debunk them?

Duh.

ToeToToe · 11/09/2018 11:09

"AuntMsVanillaRose" - is that an affectionate nickname? Do you see yourself as a wise, sweet smelling aunt figure, or more Aunt Lydia? Wink

My god, though - is like Robert Webb is coming out of hiding?

I always thought he was too intelligent to get caught up with the gender warriors.

There's some v upset people on twitter.

SophoclesTheFox · 11/09/2018 12:07

Twitter and Mumsnet are two different entities, auntie. I’m not on twitter and I go out of my way to find out what genderists/transactivists believe. No blocking here!

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 11/09/2018 12:12

I've been tweeting.

Failure of internal comms there. I'll say it again, MN FWR has to be the most dis-organised, non-cohesive hate-group of all time. It's almost as if there's no such entity...

ToeToToe · 11/09/2018 12:23

They're at it again with the ratfucking:

As a lot of us know, 12thGuelph is a trans-activist who goes on both Mumsnet and Twitter.

They - yet again - have to make up lies.

The truth will always out, twitter trans-activists. You should know this.

hackmum · 11/09/2018 13:00

Gosh, they just made something up? How sick do you have to be to do something like that? Has anyone been on to ask this person for evidence? (Am not on Twitter.)

BabySharkDoododoo · 11/09/2018 13:08

They did this with that section 28 post a while back. A trans supporter was actually the one who posted it, it was taken entirely out of context too and it was made out that MN wants section 28 back Hmm

PersistenceIsNotFutile · 11/09/2018 13:10

It's pathetic.

ShrodingersSturdyPyjamas · 11/09/2018 13:23

Almost like TRAs are posting and then screen capturing to try and discredit MN.

How very unexpected.

VickyEadie · 11/09/2018 13:43

There are some exceptionally fecked-up TRAs out there and no mistake.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 11/09/2018 13:50

Which makes the point that they either have to fake stuff or create Mumsnet accounts so they can post their own transphobic comments for screen grabs.

They struggle to find what most people would consider hate speech on MN. But then, for the TRAs, just stating biological fact qualifies.

Mrbatmun · 11/09/2018 13:53

Oh my god that is absolutely pathetic. God, you know you have lost when you yourself have to post fake controversial statements and then screenshot them to take back to Twitter. How humiliating for them.

Mrbatmun · 11/09/2018 13:54

Yes they can't find any actual 'hate speech' so they have to post it themselves. Like I said, pathetic.

OlennasWimple · 11/09/2018 15:56

Reminds me of when my DC were toddlers and would be complaining that the other one "hit me really hard", and then when you probe a little bit the complainant accidently banged their own arm on the coffee table while the other one was out of the room

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 11/09/2018 16:25

British Transport police have confirmed that claims of razor blades under stickers at Oxford Road station in Manchester were a hoax. And they're not best pleased. From the press release:

"...hoaxers waste considerable police time and divert our much-needed resources from other duties. We will continue to monitor the situation and will take further action should this malicious activity continue."

DereksSexyPyjamas · 11/09/2018 17:40

And let's not forget the comment on WPUK's FB page which bragged about attending a meeting and spitting on the back on some transwomen's heads. Faked account. Stolen photo. Yet another deceitful attempt to discredit GC feminists.

Datun · 11/09/2018 18:01

I don't understand it.

Who are they talking to? Anyone with any responsibility or power will instantly come here and take a look.

Any decision maker who wasn't already hopelessly biased, will look it up for themself. Hence the 12 fold increase in people accessing the site via this route.

AuntMsVanillaRose

It's not possible to mute the voice of anyone on here. If someone has no coherent argument, they will be exposed.

That's it.

FloralBunting · 11/09/2018 18:14

Trans-excluders? Are they like draft-excluders? Can you get them in witty designs, like those ones that look like sausage dogs made out of tartan material?

Facknats · 11/09/2018 18:29

I lost a good friend over this. We've agreed to disagree over the past few years, but when I stated that it was false, with evidence and got the response "only because it doesn't fit your narrative. #notallterfs" I knew that was it for us.

arranfan · 11/09/2018 19:18

As a follow-up to that fake H&S notice issued to train companies: yet again, my jaw is dropping.

UpstartCrow · 11/09/2018 19:27

Fake news, so beloved by Trump supporters.

ToeToToe · 11/09/2018 20:09

"The US is moving rapidly in the way of dealing with fake news, hate sites, bias, personal info on social media, this will likely move left quickly if the dems take the house and sites like Mumsnet may get caught in the wave of coming regulations."

^ Another trans-activist-type who bombards the MN timeline with stuff like this.

Considering the lies the trans-activists have been caught out on this week - then they'll be in trouble.

I want one in the "hive of villainy and vipers" pattern. Maybe a budding MN designer with aspirations to be an anti-Cath Kidston sort could get onto that. Accessories and soft-furnishings would be grand to start out.

FloralBunting · 11/09/2018 20:22

The 'Hive of mums and villainy' has to be in the shape of a light saber, or an elongated Jabba the Hut, surely.
