First thread

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3331514-anti-trans-vandals-are-plastering-vile-women-don-t-have-penises-stickers-around-london

I'm optimistic this will spill over to most of the MSM soon, and keep on being a snowball, gathering momentum and mass, as it rolls down the snowy mountain of bullshit forced upon us all.

So here is thread 2, ready & waiting for the speed to pick up.

Caroline Lucas has tweeted to say that she's meeting with Woman's Place UK. Cue panicked tweets from LGBTQIA Greens also wanting to set up a meeting with her.

ChattyLion · 03/09/2018 09:23

Well that’s a good result. Onwards and upwards! Maybe the Greens will surprise us all and actually listen..

EmpressOfSpartacus · 03/09/2018 09:29

Maybe. Ironic that the alphabet soup are now worried about being included, I don't think they've had any trouble being heard there so far.

PositivelyPERF · 03/09/2018 10:07

Wow! The anger and lies about WPUK, on that thread! They’re really letting the mask slip now. Accusations after accusations and absolutely no evidence to back any of it up.

Loving Theo admitting that he kept silent through fear and his respectful determination to support women now. Go Theo. Though I’m wondering how much of the new support from previously silent people is because they’re feeling braver or more that they’ve realised THEY were on the ‘wrong side of history’ and GC women were right all along. Was it really fear that stopped them speaking out before or have they realised they are going to have egg on their face, now that this TRA nonsense is being dragged into the light and exposed for the misogynistic, homophobic hate group, that it is?

I’m sure CL is really getting a dose of reality, reading those Twitter comments.

hackmum · 03/09/2018 10:39

Exactly, PERF. All that extreme, over-the-top irrational hatred just because a group of respectable middle-aged women dare to have an opinion. That hysteria from the likes of Harrop and his chums is so obviously counter-productive - are they really so stupid that they can't see that? We've all of us said that we wouldn't like someone who hates women that much as our GP, but frankly, I also wouldn't want to be treated by someone who's so terminally dim.

CAAKE · 06/09/2018 14:44

So I see that some GC hero has been at Charleston House with some willy stickers.

Interesting response from CH (waffle waffle inclusivity feelz blah blah).

These are awesome campaigning threads- and because the numbers of women visiting FWR are growing all the time, I just thought I would bump for anyone who didn’t catch them the first time around. How are you all, stickerwomen?

AncientLights · 24/08/2019 08:29

I've been a bit quiet of late Chatty but feel that may change as the nights start to draw in.

ChattyLion · 24/08/2019 08:38

Ancient yes indeed.
I seem to be feeling that ‘back to school’ feeling where the energy perks up again and I start thinking about stationery a bit more than normal. Grin

ChattyLion · 24/08/2019 08:46

This is also a cracking thread if anyone’s thinking about DIY as is traditional on a bank holiday weekend Smile

Thanks for the bump. I was on holiday at the time the original threads were started so I missed them the first time round.

And I do like a bit of stationery.

LangCleg · 24/08/2019 09:12

Good reboot.

zebrasdontwearbras · 24/08/2019 09:17

'Women Don't Have Penises' was a cracking campaign.

FormerMediocreMale · 24/08/2019 09:24

Love the "women dont have penises stickers"

MrsSnippyPants · 24/08/2019 10:39

I recommend the Middle of Lidl stamp kit, £3.99 well spent

Who doesn't love some nice new stationery?

FannyCann · 24/08/2019 10:46

Seen in Australia, spelling it out for the confused.

Struck/Stuck yesterday as it happens Chatty

sueanddumplings · 24/08/2019 10:54

Nice job for the underpaid, mainly female, cleaners who have to pick them off.

mimivanne · 24/08/2019 11:01

just to say they peel off easy peasy

Melroses · 24/08/2019 11:05

Sue is always so down in the dumps Sad

FannyCann · 24/08/2019 11:27

I find less suet and a little baking powder makes for a light and airy dumpling. The stodgy leaden ones we had at school weigh one down.

zebrasdontwearbras · 24/08/2019 11:39

Poor Sue.

Datun · 24/08/2019 13:01

Can't they just use the razorblades behind them, to scratch them off? Piece of piss.
