What on earth is he doing? How can a supposedly-independent speaker intervene on something in the middle of the government consultation?

I didn't have much of a view until I visited Parliament and saw him performing in Central Lobby and watched has massive ego on display in the Chamber where he was literally playing to the gallery. "Ah" I thought "that man is a complete arse".

'Peddling' - because women's rights is a ridiculous thing that must be reduced to 'peddling'.
'Other people' - FFS!!!! He can't bring himself to say women's rights because he knows what a dick it will make him sound!!!

'We shouldn’t let people muddy the waters in that way' - yes God forbid that women point out some logical inconsistencies in this ideology.
