I am being asked how men turn into women.

I say they can't. They turn into transwomen. These are men who change their bodies to be as much like women as possible, but are still men.

Every single time I teach pregnancy I am asked how men can do it.

Every single time we go through genetics I get a shocked response for saying "this is male, this is female"

Every single time I make any distinction between male and female I am asked "are you allowed to say that?

I equate being ordered to teach that men can become woman to previous generations of teachers being ordered to teach nazi race science.

I am quite sure I will be sacked one day

Haven’t read the full thread sorry! Men can’t change into women. Even Caitlyn Jenner says that she hadn’t had the whole experience of growing up female and can’t presume to be the same.
But biology isn’t really as straight forward as all that either. Hermaphroditism isn’t unheard of. Some genetic makes will not be able to make testosterone. Some genetic males do not have the testosterone receptir proteins so that their testosterone doesn’t fully work. There can be interruptions in utero that prevent sex hormones from working correctly.
Again I believe in transsexualism etc and I don’t believe you can just become a woman. But biology isn’t always straight forward either.

A transwoman admitted on FB to assaulting a woman in a changing room, just a few days ago. It was reported in the press and the store reinvesting the incident of the assaulted staff member by the transwoman who threw merchandise at the woman.

Bizarrely, the teaching of religion is also compulsory.

slane those are errors of development. They don’t tell us much about the fact that humans are sexually dimorphic and more than rare cases of people being born with six fingers tell us that the default number of digits per limb is five.

We've already got a problem in schools of a mismatch between science teaching and RE teaching when it comes to evolution, haven't we? Many years ago I sat near a group of teachers in a cafe and could not avoid hearing what they were talking about. One was a science teacher in an academy run by a Christian fundamentalist organisation and was talking about the pressure they were under to describe evolution as one possible explanation for the origins of life alongside creationism. I got the impression she would be out of there as fast as she could.

It is straightforward to those who understand it. What you mention are intersex conditions, ie disorders. These are not usually connected to transgenderism, though some people with one of those conditions may also be transgendered.

What you fail to acknowledge is assault or indecent behaviour is never tolerated no matter who commits it, male, female, trans, non binary, unicorn.

Gasp Withdrawal can be done in primary school re religion and it's usually for those pupils who need extra help with other more essential parts of the curriculum, but not secondary school, unless the pupil has extra pupil funding and is not able to do assemblies or religion.

Transwomen have the same rates of offending as men. And since men assault women in bathrooms, transwomen will too, in the same rate.

But let’s pretend for a second that every transwoman on the planet is a saint who would never do something like that.
What about the men that self ID lets into the bathrooms? Just the regular men. They can walk right in now.

I posted a link the other other day to a paper investigating rape in bathrooms in just one township in South Africa. In ONE township an average of 635 rapes a year was recorded in bathrooms.

Men will use any loophole they can to assault women - letting men into bathrooms is not a terribly good idea. Transwomen will also be at risk - if they’re at risk of assault in the men’s then they will be at risk of assault in the ladies too, because men will be able to enter that space.
