I think it's just one person who controls their tweets. I really hope that the top Lib Dems know what's being said.

I was saying on another thread how I don't understand anything, to the point that I don't understand what I don't understand so can't start to unpick it. Someone else here mentions the ignorance going "whoosh" - I feel like what's happened is everything goes at warp speed. That's not an excuse for the ignorance of facts, but I wonder if it's why many people accept "facts" that will change by the time they've had their tea break.

When AnyFucker was banned we all changed our names to be variations of AnyFucker in solidarity. It was all very confusing.

AF was given a temporary ban 4 or 5 years ago, if I remember rightly, for troll-hunting, personal attacks and general aggression. If you google you can probably find the quite long explanation MNHQ put up at the time.

I'm pretty sure I know who runs the LGBTLD Twitter account and sadly, they aren't young or politically naive. They are quite well known for their enormous misogyny which they're happy to spew on their personal Twitter accounts as well.

I'm not naming names, one of them is a litigious bastard who's like a dog with a bone when his particular eye of sauron turns on someone.

I wasn't radicalised by MN, that happened many hundreds of years ago in education.

Perhaps anyone who would like to make a complaint, should do so, (you can complain as a member or if you are not a member).

Part of the complaint form asks what action you would like to see come as a result of a complaint.

How about putting you would like to invite the LDs to engage with women on MN about the subject and be constructive in bringing the warring sides together rather than being part of the problem by pouring fire on the flames of the whole damn thing?

Ranting about MN like this is an own goal anyway. There’s a lot of the general public who haven’t been following this debate in detail, but are willing to believe there’s crowds of feminists attacking LGBT people if they’re told that’s the case. But when you start telling that public that Mumsnet is a hive of radicalised hatred, a lot of them are going to hit the “wait, hang on a minute here...” stage.
