The assume that if someone wants to make it nicer for a group of people, there must be something wrong that needs fixing and want to be nice and fix it. Just to note that it won't even be NatLuc's vision of a brazen man waving a piece of paper. Noone will be able to ask to see the paper as that would be transphobic so there will be no way to try to get a suspected random perv out of changing rooms etc besides ringing the police who you have no idea will then arrest the person as a perv or take you into questioning for a hate incident. It is pure lunacy.
