It keeps on going up, however slowly.

People are still signing.

There is definitely more going on than when it was first launched and it is still being signed.

Did anyone else get the email update about this as a result of signing? I did and it seemed positive?

I got it when it reached 10 000. It is nicely positive but the government are relying on the exemptions in the Equality Act to stop any effect on women of changing the GRA. But for many reasons (including the effect of lobby groups that do 'diversity training' stopping organisations from using them, like the Girl Guides, thus making them untenable for others) this is not really a workable solution as the exemptions stand.
