An hour walking every day is pretty good MuminBeds. And congrats on your weightloss; 2lb in a week is good going. I don't think I've lost much weight, but I'm definitely noticing a visible difference; thighs and bum more toned, love handles smaller and less wobbly. tulpe Sounds like you're doing well too, noticing a difference after a week. That'll be the "not resting so you force your body to adapt and change" 
Level 3 day 2 here. Managed a few more of the harder versions before I had to switch to the easy versions. It's the jumping squats (where you switch legs, forward and back), and sumo squats that I'm finding hardest. Trying to push myself though! Planned to do 20mins kickboxing after, but DD woke up.
Speaking of doing other exercise as well, in case anyone is interested

Mon - Shred
Tues - Shred, 20mins kickboxing (Davina McCall)
Wed - Shred
Thurs - Shred, 20mins aerobics (also D McC)
Fri - Shred
Sat - Shred, 3 mile run
Sun - 5 or 6 mile run
