Had a not so good day, but not disastrous.

Still plateauing like a good 'un, but with the week I've had I'm just glad I haven't been living on deep fried mars bars and wine.

Hopefully things will settle soon and I can re-enter the hallowed Zone.

I was doing so well at zoning, pita with veg and salad for lunch even though I was out at the place I always eat CHIPS at, then spicy fish and salado for sup.

However, I made the fatal error of going to a three year olds birthday party in between. And there was this delicious caramel nutty thing that you don't get here and well, it just jumped into my mouth. The SHAME.

I'm now drinking cider.

I feel your pain cyb, I think I'm overdosing with the carbs (not cake though [hard stare])
and I think eating them makes me want to eat more.

Either that or I'm a greedy pig.

I am off to Waitrose but don't know what to get for tea. Am feeling guilty as have missed gym again>

Coke, the pup comes on Tuesday. We are still doing the name battle, Mac, Merlin, Spike or Jedi . Molly is nice and tame.

oh god went right off the rails last night - met up with an old friend and went out on the town for the first time in about 9 years! Had huge Chinese meal, bottle of wine and about 10 gin and oranges...

Plus started my period so all in all feeling like I've put on about half a stone and am very F A T ....

I think I'm going mad. Seriously, I keep seeing 'things' out off the corner of my eyes, as if a spider ran across the floor. Smelling smells that nobody else can, it was poo the other day and vomit today, and hearing noises' like a baby wailing or sirens.

congrats to losers and sympathies to nonlosers I have lost 7lb this week which sounds great, but then I am now 11st1 which is what I was a few weeks back, so have only myself to blame and cyb I ate loads a couple of weeks ago, nothing showed on scales until the end of last week, hence serious bootcamp this week. Now I need to keep it off over half term, which will be a challenge...

I weigh 10st 12, same as last friday but I was actually a shade under that this morning. And it means that although I have weekend treats, I am still holding and losing.

Coco - I have a v sensitive sense of smell so can smell stuff other people dont too. And a v sensitive sense of hearing so hear stuff DH and others dont too. Is maddening.

Ducky - good going! Keep up the good work.

Cyb - you know you can zone it when you put your mind to it. What happened to not focusing on the scales but just not eating crap as a new way of life? You need to get back to the fabulous Cyb who was all ready and zoned and trim for her partay.

pssst Aitch - re the dresses. I LOVE them. Red one V flattering in a drapey ruched kind of way - much better with Good Underwear on under them. Sizes come up a little small - I went for a medium which fits fine - am a 10-12 (more often than not a 12). Is lovely and moves beautifully when you walk too. And the sleeves are v flattering on the arm area.
