So the rules on this thread are...?

  1. Fess up about weight?
  2. Find/buy target outfit?
  3. Get shouted at by gym mistress who is the incarnation of Perry from scrubs?
  4. get in the Zone (I need help with that one)...?

OK

  1. Think of a normal weight; add on two stone
  2. OK. It will be a size 14 for now. Then a size 12.
  3. Oh I'm used to it. Kinda gives me a thrill.
  4. WTF?
cocolepew · 24/05/2010 19:55

The Zone is a mystical place that only the good and beautiful can enter.

Biff and you're kicked back to earth.

duckyfuzz · 24/05/2010 19:57

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 19:59

duckyfuzz · 24/05/2010 19:59

Shock
Undertone · 24/05/2010 21:07

I do use a big bowl.

Why the fuck don't they invent big weetabix which stay crunchy, eh? eh?

The worrying thing is that 200ml of skimmed milk contains 10g of sugar. That's more than in the bix.

I did atkins once. Couldn't easily hack the all-protein brekkie, but may have to if the bix are holding me back.

Oh - and I like the shoes ducky found at 19.57

JackBauer · 24/05/2010 21:09

Oh god. I am so SHIT.
Need uber bollokcing before I cna even think about confessing

Dh and I are friends again, poor dh. Stress is not a good thing.

Wilf, teh Zone is when you can waft around in front of biscuits an cakes and sa y 'No thank you, I am not hungry' or 'I don't want any thank you' without crying. It is a good place to be.
I am not there.

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 21:20

Blimey

I've just youtubed the last 5 mins of Lost, a series I gave up on half way through year one, how sad was that?

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 21:23

Evening all. Undertone - well done on the fuzzy run and scowl at the spliff smokers, wherever they may be. Lunch - grab a bag of salad and pimp up with tomatoes, pepper, pine nuts - whatever you like - and ham or prawns or cottage cheese. Alternatively for lunch are cottage cheese and oat cakes or ryvita (if you need something munchable) plus some fruit for afters. As for 3 weetabix - the ZEST recommendations for fat loss (if stuck in plateau doldrums) is eat like a king for breakfast (so lots of non biff food), like a prince for lunch (less food) and like a pauper for dinner (v little indeed and v light) to shake things up. So 3 weetabix in am is fine, provided you then start to taper off with portion sizes and amounts during the course of the day. And drink lots of water.

Coco - isnt Su the Tesco shoe queen? Surely Su has some suggestions....

Cheese your weekend sounds like it was fun! Hope you have a lovely time tonight.

Aitch - bet you look fab in the dress. I think your legs are good no? In which case show them off Mrs.

Wilf - the other rules are to listen to your trousers (they will tell you when you're being a biffer), weigh in on a friday and admit to biffage.

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 21:25

Jack - here comes your kicking. DROP THE BUN FATSO AND GET BACK IN THE ZONE. DROP AND GIVE ME 50. THAT'S RIGHT 50. NOW.

Glad you and DH are friends again.

Aitch · 24/05/2010 21:28

my legs are good... but not v long i now realise. anyway the dress is lush and will be great on a night out with pals etc and dance tights underneath.

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 21:30

Good pair of shoes with heels will make your legs look tonnes longer Aitch.

Aitch · 24/05/2010 21:31

glad you and dh are pals, jack.

honestly you will not BELIEVE how shit that planet dress is on. absolutely vile. baggy at the waist, but the sleeves start somewhere over your collarbone so just so unflattering. really more like the planet website with the woman with the crazy ruffle than the elegant jl pic.

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 21:32

if I had prettier feet I would wear these

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 21:33

Perhaps its called the planet dress cos it makes you look the same size and shape as one???

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 21:34

coco too high?

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 21:35

sort of dolly style and you know I love a metallic at work

duckyfuzz · 24/05/2010 21:36

they're v nice cyb

I have been stroking my suede ones that noone notice I'd linked to earlier

am using fitday to get me back in the zone, am under 1000 calories for today

Undertone · 24/05/2010 21:36

I'd wear them... with toe socks.

Dinky - won't fruit up the carb count in the day?
