Hello Wilf.

Got to be a wig, it looks combustible.

Coco's hair is like this

Salmon wrapped in parma ham and asparagus tonight for tea.

Have promised someone on MN that I will bring back her DD's teddy from Turkey. Please reassure me that it's not going to be packed full of narcotics? And that I won't be banged up in a Turkish jail?

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 16:47

I ate you all.

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 16:47

haha! hate

DukesOfTripHazard · 24/05/2010 16:48

Undertone I used to do that'll learn 'em things with the girls from the local high school who are ridiculously noisy, inconsiderate and in the one instance maryjane based. I don't any more. One of them leered at me in a way that suggested she would definitely violent me if I gave her the nod. Too scared now. You keep up the good work.

12 days is AGES in zoning. How bad is it with the skirt? You could do it you know...

This is the kind of lunch I might pack. Some oatcakes. Some peanut butter/chicken/prawns/ham.
carrot sticks, toms.

a yog although maybe not in This Heat.

Undertone · 24/05/2010 17:01

Coco - not JUST sniffing and running - sniffing, running and trying to look haughtily disapproving. I must have looked as though I was in difficulties.

Thanks, Dukes - I do feel that it is my duty to be a killjoy. Good thing I couldn't see - if they looked a bit scary I may have not been so disapproving.

Skirt... well - to be the right length the waistband should really sit well below my wasit and on my hips. I have a 34" waist but 48" hips. At the moment the waistband sits just below my waist and my HOOGE arse and hips make the pleats expand out in an unattractive way. This also means that it ends up shorter at the back than at the front. Unless I manage to lose a few inches off my hips it's not looking good.

I could try and go UBER ZONE for the next 19 days. I have a friend's house party, a BBQ and a day out at the Heathfield Agricultural Show between now and then, which I know will be tricky to zone at. Is a few inches in that time do-able?

Hmm.

Wotcha everyone

Wow you've all been busy, and chatty. Can't remember much but do remember Jack's falling out with DH, hope all is better now. Also welcome newbies. I also have worked out who Sarah Ferguson is - tis OBVIOUS!!! tee hee.

Mammoth bike ride yesterday, a mere sniff off TWENTY MILES!! Along the coast in wonderful Broadstairs. It was gorgeous. Lunch with friends, then seafood and then an icecream. Perfect Sunday.

Am in the zone big style. Today has been: 2xweetabix, 2xcup of tea, fruit salad (80 cals) and tuna layered salad (carrot, lettuce, cuc, tuna, and mayo although i left about half of that) which was 260 cals. Water consumption is 1 litre.

Dinner tonight is pizza express, oh dear, but I have worked out what is how many cals etc so I will have half a portion of garlic bread (have to have it, as we're doing a two-courses-for-a-tenner menu) but that's only 120 cals. And then I'll have the pollo verdue salad which is only 478 calories, so should come into cal allowance. Plus I will be walking to the restaurant and walking home. So I will have a glass of vino

Sorry for the long and somewhat selfish post

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 17:17

Undertone, you probably looked like you'd snorted cocaine.

I can smell poo

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 17:22

Undertone... 3 weetabix?

Aitch · 24/05/2010 17:31

sorry don't have time to read thread but wanted to report that the obi dress is AWFUL.
got the pink margo leadbetter one, not sure if can wear it to the wedding as it's pretty short...

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 17:32

Where can I get cheap comfy sandals for work? I always wear Birkie Madrids but I need ones strapped on because I usually have to sprint after/wrestle with kids.

No glads.

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 17:33

Clarkies?

Shoon (pricey)

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 17:36

I don't want to look like a Grannymush though. Never heard of shoon

Undertone · 24/05/2010 17:48

But... but... 3 bix are only 193 calories!

Undertone · 24/05/2010 17:55

linky 5

I don't work for them or anything.

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 17:59

Boody hell is that your idea of cheap? They get ruined in work.

duckyfuzz · 24/05/2010 18:01

I have a 20% off email for KG if anyone wants it

undertone I think 3 bix is ok as breakfast is important, but no more carbs ok? I have my carbs for breakfast and try not to have any more through the day, when I am being good, which is about once a week at the moment...

Undertone · 24/05/2010 18:02

Oh CHEAP! Missed that bit.

Well - I swan around in gold-plated Manolos, natch, so isn't £95 normal for proles to spend on sandals? Pah.

Undertone · 24/05/2010 18:03

I'm about to hit Sainsburys after work (not the best timing, as I'm pretty peckish) and I'm going to stock up on broccoli, peppers, etc, which I could have in my lunch box with cold meats/tuna. No more sandwiches for me.

Thanks for smacking me into line, ducky.

cocolepew · 24/05/2010 18:04

I was thinking Tesco or ShoeZone

Thinking about it I might have a pair upstairs in my shoe cupboard, I'll have to hunt through the hundreds of shoes I don't wear.

duckyfuzz · 24/05/2010 18:08

pointydog · 24/05/2010 18:42

Themasterandmargaritas · 24/05/2010 19:07
