Good job coco.I don't have scales I go by muffin top spillage. When you have seen Lost will you post what it has been all about as I gave up after series 2. I either really like that red dress or not. Would need to see it on a model I think.

Coderooo · 24/05/2010 08:30

BudaisintheZONE · 24/05/2010 08:38

Hi all.

Welcome to all newbies.

No to title change please. It was seeing "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS BEING SLIM FEELS" for months in active convos that seeped into my brain slowly and seems to have stuck.

Aitch - like that dress. Very elegant.

Jack - hope you are back on speaking terms with DH.

Had a lovely day yesterday. Post hangover recovery that is of course. Spent most of day sitting in garden reading. After clearing up from Sat night dinner party.

Food was ok yesterday. No breakfast. Lunch was left over green chicken curry (no rice). Mid afternoon had yoghurt. Dinner was bbq - a burger, a sausage, some haloumi and salad. Spoonful of satay sauce. Spoonful of feta and herb dip. Then finished off the dessert that was left over from Saturday.

Dinky - hope you find shoe! Toddlers eh? Who'd have 'em??

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 09:03

Thanks guys - still no sign of the fricking shoe. Have turned house upside down looking for it with DS1 and DS2 looking at me in a concerned "mummy's losing it" way - ho hum. Toddlers are evil geniuses.

Fishie - I love cherries (surprisingly low in WW points too)! Well done on all the exercise.

Aitch - liking the dress. V pretty colour and think the style could be v flattering. Is pretty without being too pretty I think.

BariatricObama · 24/05/2010 09:24

coderoo, if you look at that dress for 5 minutes you can see jesus on a moped flipping the vs

thank you everyone for thsi thread. i am still a heifer but wore a skirt this morning and felt all light and swishy.

BariatricObama · 24/05/2010 09:25

and yes - well done coco have a double decker to celebrate!

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 09:28

For all those waiting with bated breath the shoe has been found - DS2 retrieved it this morning from inside a toy that no one even realised could be opened and have something stuck in it and stuck back together again. Evil genius I tell you...

Plan for today is
yoghurt and porridge for breakfast plus green tea (am doing pennance by not having any skinny lattes this week)
snack - satsumas
lunch - no bread Pret falafel thing (156 cals)
snack - babybel light
dinner - tuna steak and veg

Well done on the wishy skirt BO!

BariatricObama · 24/05/2010 09:30

hurrah for shoe. dd always put things inside toys like that.

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 09:33

Ooh Coco - you really are our poster girl now. Have you got your new puppy now? What did you end up calling it?

dinkystinky · 24/05/2010 09:36

Thanks BO - is a weight off my mind. Right work time. Will see you losers/biffers (delete as applicable) later.

noddyholder · 24/05/2010 10:31

this should keep you focussed

Themasterandmargaritas · 24/05/2010 10:42

Aitch, that dress is nice, but the frills along the top are a bit frou frou.

Su, that dress is hideous, has hitting forty affected your style?

15k run today in the sunshine. Then I went to the supermarket and bought a big litre bottle of coke. Tell me to step away from it.

noddyholder · 24/05/2010 10:54

That dress is truly hideous!

noddyholder · 24/05/2010 10:56

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 24/05/2010 12:17

Coderoo - what are you thinking?
Nodder - loving it, loving uniqlo atm
TMAM - bin the Coke
Dinky - well done on outwitting toddler.

Aitch · 24/05/2010 12:34

agree about the potential frou, but quite like it for its margo leadbetter quality... am going into JL this afternoon, will report back on planet frock also.

WilfShelf · 24/05/2010 12:44

Can I join your thread please?

I have lost 2 stones since Jan low carbing on BIWI's thread but have gone a bit 'off message' in last couple of weeks. Have not put any more on but still have 2 more stone to lose to be at my Zara and Topshop fighting weight.

So could do with a little straight talking

No big events on horizon, except holiday in Scotland during which it is doubtful any flesh will be revealed in the ice and snow...
