Hello all and Cariboo, Dotty and Coolkat.

Ouch Gherkers - that much have hurt like a bugger.

Been outside with kids and sis plus nieces and nephews today on the waterslide. Distinguished myself on the waterslide by hurtling down it, legs akimbo and then taking off at the last moment, over the inflatable wall onto the grass. Wouldn't have been so bad as we live down a tiny dead end lane except Dad (who lives next door) had his garden open for the NGS today and I startled a car full of elderly gardeners. I think that they may have been open mouthed at the sight of my bikini line, which does need a little bit of waxing prior to holiday.

Been reasonably good on food today - did have 4 sips of coke and 3 dairy milk squares.

In interests of zoneage, must let you know about my summer treat of choice, discovered at the zoo this morning. Strawberry mivvi - 92 cals and deliciously retro.... Also good, tiny scoop of frozen yoghurt (Ben & Jerry or yeo valley strawberry - heaven) or mini milks or skinny cow sticks.

i have run hundreds of miles and done a vile pilates class and eaten BUGGER ALL. even with two barbecues. it was all asparagus and sweetcorn.

might have drunk some wine though. and spent £5 on cherries because i feel sorry for the greengrocer man.
