Dinky poked me to come back. I've been wracked with guilt at being such a shit statto.

In other news, I went to a party where we had to put flowers in our hair. I've put photos on my profile. In one of them they're wilting quite badly... but they looked pretty when I went out of the door!

I've now lost a stone since start of March. Had a really naughty couple of weeks, though - haven't lost a frickin bean. I'm trying to be good this week.

Man - I've got some catching up to do on this thread.

Been great today, I reckong 90% in teh zone. Had a work out of dates while in the park adn I am ovulating, which always makes me angry and biff, so that explains yesterday. Today I have been veyr good. I had one tiny chew sweet and thenwent to park with DD's, no capuccino, no coffee or flapjack from teh Shit Shop. Then went to sainsbo's and spent the last of this months money on food for this week
I got salads and plain yoghurt and salsa and some mackerel.
Got some chicken from deli bit so DD's had drumsticks and yorkshires (their fave) and I had giant stirfry with garlic and herb chicken, feel very sick no, and have susoup on stove so it's ready for lunch tomorrow.

TOmorrow will be killer, got mate coming with his lasagne, and we will need lots of wine...
