Tea tonight will be a lemsip and some prawns dipped in sweet chilli sauce.

Food today has been 3 lemsips, water, 2 packs WW tortilla crisp thingies (shared with DS2 who mugged me for them), 2 minipacks of magic stars, 3 mini packs of haribo and 3 choc digestive biscuits. Tried to eat some dried mango for fruit intake but was mugged by DS1 and DS2 for them instead and left with an empty packet. Has not been a good day foodwise but am feeling so bleurgh I dont care.

I've had a FUCKING SHIT day at work today, my first since starting new job.

really busy week here, did manage to grab lunch today, cheese sandwiches and a yummy viennese biscuit from school, lums adn apple too though then went to gym after work now home and settling down to wrok for another few hours, am contemplating fish fingers and fried egg for supper, not losing nor gaining at the mo, but i think I look slimmer, more toned - can't get proper judgement from dh whose response is just 'I can't tell when you've got your clothes on'

I found a creme egg in the back of the cupboard just after I had put DD's to bed, which involved DD2 kicking me in teh head and DD1 telling me I was horrible (becasue I wouldn't read her 2 stories)

Tea was beans, peas and a small handful fries, oven bake ones so not too biffsome. Morning off tomorrow so will be back in the zone after my run and workout.
