Oh my god - and DH has bought fricking souffles - 15g of sat fat in one! Does the man not know I'm on a I WILL NOT BE A FAT BIFFER AT DS1'S BIRTHDAY PARTY mission???? aargh...

Buda - fish and chips ok as a one off. Avoid the batter though - tis where the calories lie. Fish inside v healthy.

CheeeseOnToast · 16/04/2010 19:32

these bad boys

Although the ones I saw were in a lime green colour, and I'm not actually sure they had a buckle on but maybe they did.

She had tanned feet, lovely coral toenail varnish and probably no hard skin and she looked really good.

re:rabbit, he's currently on sabbatical at my parents house (ie dd too bone idle to look after him here) He had a weepy eye and the vet found his balls

Christ, is that vet newly qualified?

He had a weepy eye and the vet found his balls?

CheeeseOnToast · 16/04/2010 19:33

me, porridge?

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 19:36

Just been weighed - 11st 5 1/2!

Lost 2lb in a day, just by lying in bed not eating!

Does that mean that 2lb of what we weigh is food/mamag?

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 16/04/2010 19:39

Yeah YOU Cheeese lady. Kiev OR ham. Your choice.

CheeeseOnToast · 16/04/2010 19:48

but they both look so delicious!! It is a Friday night, I'm in on my own, trying to organise my mum getting back home who's stranded in Geneva, I've been good all day...

hmm maybe you're right. Ham i think.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 16/04/2010 20:04

You've been good all day - so don't lose it now. Well done

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 20:09

When I had the mint tea earlier all smug I also had a yoghurt a slice of ham and some strawberries.

Dinner: cold turkey, stir fry with cauli, red cab, broc, courgette in hoisin sauce with chilli. Wouldn't bother.

More strawbs, 2 choc bahlsen bics and a nature valley granola bar. Both bars (200 cals btw so two thirds of a kiev)

Really hungry today and signs of period starting. What? It's DAY 19. Increasingly think I am Kevinandperi-menopausal.

Vet probably has weepy eye now. How very dare he!

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:10

Christ I've been at my hair again. [slaps self] Why is it so hard to find where my bloody fringe starts? My head appears to be lopsided.

Just had a rather bizarre row with a woman in Asda because I put the divider thingy between our stuff .

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:11

Zone are them bars not 200 cals each bar?

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 20:11

That's weird, Coco - people usually thank me for doing that.

dinkystinky · 16/04/2010 20:12

No one is appreciating my strength in the face of M&S based adversity here. DH has kindly agreed to eat both souffles as penance for buying the buggers

Cheese - go kiev and save the ham for another time - you need to feel like you're treating yourself lady for being so good and losing some biff...

Lol at the trainee vet...

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:12

I know! Apparently I was "rude". Okaaaay.

dinkystinky · 16/04/2010 20:13

Was she hoping you'd accidentally pay for her stuff Coco

Ignore the silly moo - you're in the zone and 2st lighter than yesterday

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:14

I was behind her She was jealous of my slimline figure [cough]

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 20:16

Just checked with a thunking heart and it is deffo for both bars.

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 20:18

You use more than 200 cals chewing them, though, ZoneA. Give me bloody lockjaw, those things.

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:19

Phew, they're full of sugar you know. not that i'm trying to put you off...

(If I can't eat them why should anyone else )

dinkystinky · 16/04/2010 20:19

Ok - she's clearly on a diet and jealous of your svelteness....

ZoneA - you're doing good girl though granola is caloriecentral so klaxons should go off as soon as you approach one of those bars. Come on - think of the old biddies at your mum's party - do you want them pitying her fat frump daughter or wowing at the fact she has a supermodel as a daughter

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 20:27

"think of the old biddies at your mum's party" has it come to this? Yes. Thanks for the slapping everyone. Coco I don't know what I was thinking. I could have had wotsits. They did take some eating bobbie. Pony nuts in there I think. I will give myself a firm curry comb as penance.

dinkystinky · 16/04/2010 20:30

Ok - am scraping the barrel here for my motivational pep talk but hey, am waging war against the calorie onslaught that is a M&S meal deal here myself so dont have time to fight a campaign on both fronts...

DH has now also selflessly offered to drink most of the wine that came in the meal deal

cocolepew · 16/04/2010 20:31

[Salutes Mr Dinky]

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 20:31

Dinky well done for making the M&S food talk to the hand. Was it that your DH planned to eat both souffles all along?

Oh just remembered. who's dd could be seen flicking vs in the oven door?

I was on doorstep yesterday faddling with my keys to lock front door on way to gym when glam looking woman walked by and in the frosted panels in my front door I saw her checking out my butt big style.

Talk to the booty the hand's off duty! Thant doesn't really lead on from what I said. I just remembered it from Hannah Montana.
