Morning all. Was wondering who Mrsshu was then realised it was su with a speech impediment

Glorious day today - have done my killer morning circuits class, had a skinny latte and yoghurt for breakfast and am now alternately sipping herbal tea and water at the computer. Determined to stay in zone today. DS1's 4th birthday in 2 weeks and I am determined that I WILL NOT BE THE ONLY FAT BIFFER IN AMONG ALL THE LOCAL YUMMY MUMMIES AT THE PARTY. Honestly you should see the school gates at drop off time - all stick thin, blonde and v glamorous. I will be feeding them cheese and sausage rolls at DS1's party in an attempt to bring them down to my level

What's the panda thing Coco?

dinkystinky · 13/04/2010 09:52

P.s. Bobbie - have a couple of days not calorie counting, shake up your diet abit (have lighter evening meal, bigger breakfast etc) and get some exercise in and you WILL shift that plateau - I was stuck on a plateau for 4 weeks then boom 4lbs fell off...

bobbiewickham · 13/04/2010 10:00

Cheers dinky. Will have eggs for breakfast instead of branflakes, maybe...

ReshapeWhileDamp · 13/04/2010 10:40

Morning!I had a very un-Zoney breakfast - a weightwatcher bagel, toasted, with jam on one half and lemon curd on the other. I just wanted something sweet.

Anyway, curried parsnip soup for lunch.

pointydog · 13/04/2010 10:52

I mixed up penny's before and after pictures.

Have had usual weetabix with milk.

dinkystinky · 13/04/2010 10:55

Hmm, there is a new poster out there whose name is dinkytinky. She calls people hun and puts xs at the end of her posts. I know I cant copyright the name but as I have been dinkystinky for several years on MN I dont want to be mistaken for a netmum refugee with no imagination. Grr.

Toots · 13/04/2010 11:02

Booyakashar. I have not posted since about 3 weeks ago.

Like Bobbiewickham and more specifically Nom, I have been mostly plateauing at 9st 13 (4,5,6 weeks? lost count) and like MamaG struggling with the burden of enormous poo retention constipation.

10 days

Then 6 days

Why? sooooo much vegetation and water.

Am taking Movicol sachets now and feeling much lighter and brighter and thankful for Dinkystinky's advice on shaking it up a little + exercise. Mum's 80th (double Cyb!) on Bank hol monday. 3 weeks. 3 pounds then I will have Done The Stone.

So I need to be Zone Armatrading until then.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 13/04/2010 11:07

dinkystinky - Like I keep on saying, there really needs to be a registry of usernames, searchable, that namechangers and new members can browse before choosing a name.

Assuming she chose her name in ignorance of you, that is. She might just be a stalker...

xx

ReshapeWhileDamp · 13/04/2010 11:08

Toots - Zone Armatrading is brilliant name. You must change forthwith!

dinkystinky · 13/04/2010 11:25

Cheers Reshape - am over my diva strop now. Will need to follow the way of the su/shu and create a ahem distinctive posting style so dont get mistaken for fluffy lady...

Toots - great stuff. You really are Zone Armatrading (and agree with Reshape - tis a fab name)...

bobbiewickham · 13/04/2010 11:26

Lol at Zone Armatrading.

AitchTwoZone · 13/04/2010 13:20

marking place in zone

fishie · 13/04/2010 13:37

canapes thingy last night, did not eat mini sausages but stuck to a couple of smoked salmon and a quails egg. then home for more salmon and lettuce.

mrsshu i really like those sandals, let us konw what they are like. kew have some nice ones in their catalogue, but not on site yet. also gold not silver grr not good for summers.

dinkystinky · 13/04/2010 14:10

Dandylioness - good point re the status Am in Queens Park in north west London - lots of posh west london overspill in our area with an awful lot of designer mummies and their well groomed appearances, even at the local primary school gates it appears. Ho hum...

Well done on resisting the canapes fishie - most impressive.

Cyb - my invite is missing too. Is it cos I is fat?

cyb · 13/04/2010 14:18

oh girls I would love it if you could ALL come...there will be sausage and chips in cones and everything

MamaGlee · 13/04/2010 14:20

LadyBlaBlah · 13/04/2010 14:27

I clambered back in zone

Eaten nothing but soup for 3 days

Just call me Penny

Back to zone weight and lost another pound or maybe 2, depends on angle of scales

Easter another reason to become atheist

I am starting to avoid supermarkets and all their shite food on offer......get what "tonight with Trevor McDonald" keeps harping on about, but I won't be a wobbly fat headless person on a news report.

NomDePlume · 13/04/2010 14:40

Hello, am checking in

Todays food is/was/will be

breakfast - banana & cup of tea

lunch - quorn burger on wholemeal roll with a slice of half fat rubber cheese ( I know, I know), a few rings or raw yellow pepper and a smear of tomato relish

dinner - jacket potato with tuna, a smidge of salad cream and salad consisting of rocket, watercress, spinach leaves, radishes, baby plum toms, cucumber and more raw yellow pepper. A smidge of really good extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.

NomDePlume · 13/04/2010 14:54

all that is 12 points, so I have 6 points left for a snack/treat if i'm peckish later (not including points from exercise).

zone

dinkystinky · 13/04/2010 14:55

Lol at Ladyblahblah clambering back inot the zone.

Nom - dont reckon that slice of half fat rubber cheese will do too much damage to you...

NomDePlume · 13/04/2010 15:17

it was only 1 ww point so i'm not berating myself too much over it. I was going to be civilised and buy Jarlsberg instead but it was muuuuuuuuuuch worse on ww.

re fat headless people on news repor5ts, why are they always wearing cycling shorts ?No-one has worn cycling shorts since 1992
