bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 09:49

Come over 'ere, BO, I'll breathe my lurgy on you...

NomDePlume · 16/04/2010 09:49

BariatricObama · 16/04/2010 09:51

yes i reckon my feet would be worth 4lb each

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 09:51

LOL at the thought of BO rampaging through the thread with a chainsaw...

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 10:04

Chibi wot Cyb says. Bread and biscuits/cakes crisps all out.

Lots of soup
Chicken and fish
Veg roast, raw, souped.
Reduced fat hummus

PORTION CONTROL in all areas. Try half a biffer portion and see how far that gets you.

I'm doing dinner with no carbs or just one small potato and have cut out pasta completely.

ZoneArmatrading · 16/04/2010 10:09

Well done losers. Geordie 3lbs is amazing.

Bobbie scales in middle of night is very funny and real. Hope you feel better soon but have no appetite (some of this is getting anorexy!)

I'm peeved that no-one is noticing my loss apart from mum. But just now DD1 (8) said 'You look like a mum in her twenties' (am 43) and her eyes filled up. She's really proud of me. I am fully chuffed.

BO very funny. Someone stop her if she wanders near a tool hire place.

cyb · 16/04/2010 10:14

ZA no bugger has noticed for me either! Well, dh has as I was getting undressed but I think he just was hoping to get his leg over

oh my boss noticed she wants to do 'my diet' tee hee

chibi I think you will fit right in on here! Welcome. We weill tell you off if you transgress. Most of us went AWOL over Easter a bit, despite our best intentions. But its so good to have people to bounce off and have A LARF with . My family have barely seen me since I came on these threads

Imperceptible dieting, thats a good phrase

God, ZoneA, no anorexia here.

Couldn't eat a thing. Can't even look at a cup of tea.

Scales thing was just me trying to find the bright side of having my head down the loo at three in the morning!

Aw at what your daughter said. That is so sweet.

NomDePlume · 16/04/2010 10:19

woo hoo. Can I amend my weigh in ? Just weighed post mamg and I am another 0.5lb down

This weeks weight - 9st 11.5lbs
This weeks loss - 1.5lb
Total loss - 7.5lbs

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:25

Well done Nom!

Good old mamaGs.

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:26

Oh ZoneA, get what you mean now - no sleep brain!

Yes, I'm hoping the appetite loss lasts way longer than the puking

BariatricObama · 16/04/2010 10:28

i ran 5 miles and did a mamag before weigh in this morning!

NomDePlume · 16/04/2010 10:39

They are great for shirting that stubborn extra half pound, bobbie, I'll give them that. I can't usually go in the mornings so I don't see the benefit in my friday weigh in (always first thing at about 6.40am)

NomDePlume · 16/04/2010 10:40

shifting not shirting

vg on the running front BO

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:41

I find that as soon as I swallow anything in the morning, a cup of tea or my breakfast, a MamaG will soon follow.

A piece of information which I am sure has brightened your day.

MrsShu · 16/04/2010 10:45

aithc will go bananas

BariatricObama · 16/04/2010 10:47

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:48
Grin
NomDePlume · 16/04/2010 10:48

thanks for sharing bobbie

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:48

That was a grin, by the way, not a straining face...

bobbiewickham · 16/04/2010 10:49

No more poo talk.

Am reading Wolf Hall. Well, I have it next to me on the bed while I MN. It's good.
