ok I am maninly having
branflakes for breakfast. no toast
NO SNACKS. I'm not even allowed fruit anymore (crap teeth)
But if I'm starving I will have an oatcake or two, or a cube of cheese
Lunch, salado, soup or MUCh smaller portion than I used to have of what everyone else is having. Not so much buttery mash as I used to ahve for example
Evening meal again a much msaller portion of whatever anyone else is having. Others are having just meat/fish and veg/salado
I am trying to fix my eating for ever, not just to get to a target weight
And I've dropped sugar and bread, which was hard at first but fine now. basically I am trying to eat like a healthy slim person not the greedy goat I had become
