I didn't have time to eat any more. There's a lot of chewing involved.

pointydog · 15/04/2010 18:05

much water needed to wash down

chibi · 15/04/2010 18:07

i drink prob about 3-4 cofees a day and in each i have 4 tsp sugar

i go running 3x a week for about 20 minutes (3km) and walk about 2 miles every day but the baby weight just isn't shifting

i am 11 1/2 stone and i want to be slim and marvelous

i feel like a bloody heffalump

well ladies is cutting out the sugar enough do you reckon, what else do i need to do? be merciless plz

chibi · 15/04/2010 18:07

NomDePlume · 15/04/2010 18:11

Ok, been at Warwick castle all day where I fell off the zone. Luckily my breakfast and dinner are zoney. Food for today...

breakfast - oatbran bread toast with benecol

lunch - 2/3 of a box of not very nice McD's style french fry chips from a snack tent thing at Warwick Castle, followed by a grab bag of Quavers and a chocolate brownie .

Seriously, there is no decent food sold there unless you want to queue for ages for their 'restaurant' even then it's pretty crap.

dinner - cod fillet roasted with pesto and baby plum tomatoes plus loads of salad.

Total ww pts for today - 23.5pts

On the plus side, DD and I did LOADS of walking today, including the 560 (very steep, treacherous) steps ramparts walk, so hopefully I've burnt some of that shite off ready for tomorrow.

noddyholder · 15/04/2010 18:11

Had a salad in pub today but it had potatoes and chorizo in it and worst of all BELLY PORK!!!!!!!!!It was so delicious One glass of wine and a pint of lime and soda No dinner tonight Have lost 2 more pounds

duckyfuzz · 15/04/2010 18:15

chibi I would imagine cutting out the sugar would help alot, try losing refined carbs too for a good kick start

sorry to hear about cancelled flights, lack of loss, jeans, dresses and teeth, can't cope with remembering who everything has happened to, sorry and I liked some shoes a while back, maybe the wendy craig ones

went to gym today and am lighter on their scales than I was pre london trip which pleased me, i think I may be in a subliminal zone

NomDePlume · 15/04/2010 18:16

just seen your spain trip has one the way of the pear Reshape. What a bastard. Sorry mate. Try not to biff in consolation

chibi · 15/04/2010 18:17

what is the zone and how do i get there

duckyfuzz · 15/04/2010 18:18

nom I think the walking in london was what kept me on track

DTs andn I are having a girly evening tonight to make up for their chinatown nightmare earlier this week, we have had to promise never ever ever to to take them there again ever there were even tears, which is most unusual

cocolepew · 15/04/2010 18:19

what happened in chinatown?

NomDePlume · 15/04/2010 18:20

welcome chibi ! def reduce your sugar intake, even if it isn't contributing to your weight gain (which it almost def is), it is crap for your health (and your teeth - read back for cyb's dentist horror stories).

duckyfuzz · 15/04/2010 18:22

DH and I thought it would be nice to go for a chinese, DTs are 6 and love curry, mexican etc but haven't had real chinese before... they looked at the food, sniffed it and cried, even the 'treat' the waitress gave them on the way out didn't help

we had to buy the biggest ice creams ever on the way back to the hotel!

sugarfreecoco · 15/04/2010 18:27

They were in The Zone, ducky.

bobbiewickham · 15/04/2010 18:31

Gherkin, properly LOL at "saw off right tit".

PROPER lol - not just silent smirk.

You funny woman.

noddyholder · 15/04/2010 18:33

I have really got to stop the diet coke!I think it gives me headaches Am addicted i think

duckyfuzz · 15/04/2010 18:36

you're right coco, poor DH had to mop up all the leftovers!

cyb · 15/04/2010 19:11

chibi you know you have to stop all that sugar right? 4 tsps!!!! Even for me, a reformed sugarholic thats LOADS

it is empty calories

it has ZERO nutritional value( apart from a quick pick me up)

your coffeee will taste like a muddy puddle for a while..but you can do it. I have. NO MORE SUGAR FOR ME

mebbe try black tea/green tea? I turned my nose up initally but now love it and the thought of my ususal half a pint of milk cuppa makes me want to heave now

How tall are you?

OP posts:
cyb · 15/04/2010 19:11

OP posts:
noddyholder · 15/04/2010 19:12

I can't do black tea Am trying that slim tea stuff as it tastes nice and is meant to quell appetite

noddyholder · 15/04/2010 19:13

I know am going to go cold turkey now as have no more in the house and won't buy it.Only drink at home in the pm if I'm in otherwise I need tea and biscuits!

cyb · 15/04/2010 19:14

CheeeseOnToast · 15/04/2010 19:15

According to Food Focus I should be consuming 1149 calories a day to lose 1.5kgs a week. my lunch alone came to 955 calories. So I'm well and truly screwed for today. I think i need to use that website more often.

I can't not have dinner so I'll have a WW tomato and carrot soup. With no bread. Mmmmmmm.

Noddy I find diet coke also gives me a headache. But I love it and it def stops the 4pm munchies.

Ducky, wish I could look at Chinese food and not want it.

CheeeseOnToast · 15/04/2010 19:17

oh and noddy, what kind of salad comes with pork belly!? I loooooooovveeee slow roasted pork belly, jamie o style, all melt-in-mouth soft....aaggghhh
