Thanks!have been to docs today and need to try and reduce waist by 1 more inch as have heart issues and they are now onto me!

cyb · 09/04/2010 17:39

Well I like 'em

SuSylvester · 09/04/2010 17:45

so weight per se is irrelevant
nod
do you think we need to do ( gasp0 waist measurement?

NomDePlume · 09/04/2010 17:46

oooooooooooooh well done noddy!

Hmmm, not sure about those shoes. I am assuming that they must be better in RL. If you are wearing those I would say footless tights as the cut out detailing will lost with black opaques not to mention the peep toes/tights factor

NomDePlume · 09/04/2010 17:48

oh shite, well done was typed after reading about your weight loss but before you posted about your heart issues. Sorry. Feck, great timing. Yes, perhaps inch loss is the way fwd for you. How tall are you ?

noddyholder · 09/04/2010 17:50

No weight loss os good I don't think I can get a smaller waist but it is all about bloody TARGETS!!!!!!My waist has always been about the same tbh as I am very straight up and down.Have been v good today and I feel really motivated to be healthy!

noddyholder · 09/04/2010 17:52

Oh don't worry I have a complicated medical history and take a lot of what they say with a pinch of salt!(which I also need to reduce)!I have lived with this health hassle forever and have outdone all docs expectations so they kind of let me get on with it but new GP has rigid guidelines and it has at least played into my dieting hands as it is making me keep going!

mrsjuan · 09/04/2010 18:15

You must be tiny noddy for them to want you to lose more?

Am happy to report slight signs of a waist here

noddyholder · 09/04/2010 18:22

I have very skinny frame but middle problematic.

BalsamicJam · 09/04/2010 19:16

Skulking in. Half a pound on this morning so that's 11 st 5.5 (started three weeks ago at 11st 7.5).

Real life being troublesome so apologies for lack of contribution. Off on an unexpected trip back to England tomorrow but will try not to chomp through too much motorway service shite.

Sorry to hear about your DD's friend Cyb but thank you for your Big Audio Dynamite link a while back - cheered me up no end

dinkystinky · 09/04/2010 19:49

Noddy well done on loss but sorry to hear about heart issues. Good I guess that the doctors are monitoring you so closely and its keeping you in the zone...

YoginiBikini · 09/04/2010 19:59

What a ho-hum zone week that's been

Poor girl and her family Cyb . Crossing all fingers for her

How is your dd bearing up?

Nice dress.

Still can't get my head around cage shoes. I imagine my legs will look enormous in them, and short - And I have nice legs if I say so myself.

Bet you both look like Miss World contestants in yours though. I would feel like a gladiator.

Forgotten what everyone's said now [daft]

YoginiBikini · 09/04/2010 20:02

MrsJuan - am inspired by you and your hint of a waist. I want one of those

Noddy they giving you any insider tips then?

fishie · 09/04/2010 20:32

noddyholder · 09/04/2010 21:16

They seem more concerned about sugar than fat from what I can gather

cyb · 09/04/2010 21:41

CrossWords · 09/04/2010 21:45

CrossWords · 09/04/2010 21:47

noddyholder · 09/04/2010 22:13

I find if I am 'good' with diet I feel I can reward myself with wine

ReshapeWhileDamp · 09/04/2010 23:15

Yeah, well, I was good today and rewarded myself with a bit of easter egg.

Sigh. I am just not diminishing. At All. It feels like I've been good for aaaages and bugger all is happening. I might as well be stuffing chocolate.

Rocky Horror is on. I shall drown my sorrows in lovely Tim Curry (now all the wine's gone).

BudaisintheZONE · 10/04/2010 05:49

Well staying IN the Zone yesterday (apart from a few too many white wine sodas last night) has meant I am down a kilo this morning!! Yay.

DS had some Easter egg last night and I did have a bit. As it was the size of my thumbnail I don't think it did any damage though!

Reshape - sounds frustrating. Are you drinking enough water? Are you actually eating enough?

ReshapeWhileDamp · 10/04/2010 07:45

Oooh, I just weighed myself and seem to have lost a whole pound overnight! First loss all week.

Buda - I don't think I was eating enough the week before this, but I've been sensible this week (as well as the easter stuff...) and I must be drinking loads because I'm never out of the loo!

BudaisintheZONE · 10/04/2010 08:11

Well done!

I seemed to spend most of yesterday in the loo too with all the water I drank. Worth if it flushed out some of the crap I had eaten.
