Feeling almost back to normal now, must have been one of those 24 hour bug things, but the appetite is still nowhere to be seen. Weighed myself this morning and I was 9 stone exactly, the lowest I've been for ages. I was 9 stone3.6 on Wednesday morning. But tomorrow is proper weigh-in day so I'll do it again then, and report back. I am teetering on the edge of my period (due today but so far nowhere to be seen) which might skew the results somewhat.
I managed to eat three grapes yesterday. That was it. Which no doubt contributed to the scale reading this morning. Bleugh.
Still, today for breakfast I forced down one tablespoon of crunchy nut cornflakes with SS milk.
Then I had a really small pot of soup - potato and leek, the only thing bland enough in the canteen to gamble with. I've just had a handful of grapes now I'm home, and no clue what to do for dinner.
I have some undyed smoked haddock fillets in the fridge - does anyone have a good recipe? Su, you're a fish fan, any ideas?
