I feel fat so I'm eating an apple.

Walking through the shopping center I was handed a leaflet to join a womans only gym, not once but twice. I asked the young child man was he implying I was fat.

DH says he's never going anywhere with me again.

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 14:47

Ah Coco - the young man probably just fancied you and was trying to get your number

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 14:50

SuSylvester · 08/04/2010 15:11

noddyholder · 08/04/2010 15:32

champagnesupernova · 08/04/2010 15:35

Branflakes are the devils toenails you know, that right?
But you are right on reducing carbs

Yes, please do call me champers
Not that I'll be drinking any of it.sigh

Am in awe at Su not wanting nuggets or anything and having an apple after swimming0
I know about lifestyle change
Also important for DS who eats NO fruit unless dried - and whose fave word is biscuit
So need to be a good example
I am usually prefect type (leaving Su to be head girl) so this should be easy. But it's boringly hard.
I had some pasta salad for lunch but will aim for less starch.

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 15:39

have lost one stone, one more to go i think. unless i go MAD and decide to chase after the lower reaches of the 'okay' bmi chart.

SuSylvester · 08/04/2010 15:44

oh god tell of height and weight aitch
fess up
CHAMPERS

when you look at something you are considering earting, think two things

1/ will it make me happy
2/ will it still be there when i have dieted

bobbiewickham · 08/04/2010 15:50

Oh God.

Dreading tomorrow.

Was at start weight this morning

It's not fair, I haven't biffed out that much.

Branflakes, sushi and fruit today.

Dh making dinner, so won't be mega-healthy.

I need a kick up the (big) arse.

SuSylvester · 08/04/2010 15:51

am tyring new battery plan

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 15:53

me? 5 foot 6 ish, was 12 8 at highest but couldn't exactly tell you when that was. remember GOGGLING at scales tho'. am now 11 7 ish and reckon in the last three weeks i've gone down about three quarters of a stone, so it's not excessive imo. my perfect weight is ten ish, that has me in a ten/twelve and v happy as appley gut is gone. apart from that am skinny of leg and bum etc so tbh look pretty good in the right clothes regardless of weight. nothing from boden, par example, as it is the house of pear.

SuSylvester · 08/04/2010 15:55

a STONE then!!! wowsers

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 15:59

Well done Aitch

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 16:05

oh, cheers. i thought i'd said all this before, had i not? i wondered why undertone hadn't done me a chart, actually.

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 16:13

undertone was in excel-welderness last week so couldnt pie chart it - hopefully she's back today.

Period started today - here comes water retention city. Between that and DS2 and his non-sleeping I reckon this week will be a write off...

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 16:14

Aitch is the new head cheerio...

Themasterandmargaritas · 08/04/2010 16:17

Is Aitch the first stoner?

Fancy a plum coco? Since my melons aren't good enough.

Did you do smug face Su in Maccy Ds?

Cyb, I'm a tad disappointed, I thought you were a proper teacher. My illusions are shattered now I know you just sing songs and wave your hands around.

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 16:28

Stop it woman.

I got my money in after I'd been to the shops.

Fuckers. Dh must have warned them.

largeginandtonic · 08/04/2010 16:38

I am too afraid to weigh. Nuff said.

NomDePlume · 08/04/2010 16:43

Took DD to a farm park/animal sanctuary and fell off the zone a bit. I'm not doing well and tmrw is weighing day.

Today breakfast - nothing

30 mins on rowing machine (3.1 miles)

lunch - (at farm park) - wholemeal pitta with griddled veg & cheddar. There were crisps on the side but I didn't eat them. But then let myself down by eating a huge chunk of almond and vanilla cake with proper buttercream topping [eeek]. Bootle of water.

dinner - don't know yet. Something v low cal and low points. Prob meat free.

Will prob also do another 3 miles on the rower. I need to burn that cake off and also I didn't row last night as dinner was time intensive and I was too knackered by the time I'd finished, had eaten and had cleared up. By the time my food had've gone done properly I'd have been starting at around 9.30pm (finishing around 10.15) which is just too late for me.
