"like going out with the Kays Catalogue"

dhs ays to me " is that fashionable"
the only chance i get to wear anything interesting is when i go out - workign in a nissen hut and all.
right off to a far aways swimming pool today on the " day on day off principle".
have WORN out batteries on scales. feel thinner and ache from gym. but scales say "lo" so need a new 24 v so they can tell me the wrong weight again.

Themasterandmargaritas · 08/04/2010 10:01

Rofl at looking like Kay's Catalogue.

I'm afraid I stuffed myself last night out at a restaurant but like Coco is doing I'll pretend I'm eating melon.

Yum, what a delicious juicy hot cross bun melon.

I could do with a sort of portable Gok, that you can fold down and put in your pocket and pop him up when you need him.

Bloody hell Aitch, are you eating anything?

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 10:02

I really was eating melon [looks hurt]

Themasterandmargaritas · 08/04/2010 10:05

I should think you've run out by now.

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 10:08

at being offered your melons, I'm a hppily married woman.

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 10:41

Morning all. Did my early morning pilates class this morning and youch, twas painful (were only two of us there so the sadistic instructor had us do extra hard work - meanie).

Porridge - do all 3 of them I too hate the bodycon look - clearly made up by a misogynist. Loving the rentagbf idea - "RentaGok" - got a certain ring to it...

Bo - step away from the scales. As su is showing us, they are not our friends when it comes to the weightloss warzone. And anyway, one good MamaG and you'll be right back to where you were

Lol at Coco and the melons (sounds like a band name...)

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 10:43

p.s. got 3 and a half hours sleep last night due to post jabs toddler. Suspect my youngest is on a mission to ensure mummy stays a fat biffer. He's also taken to putting chocolate in my mouth when he and his big brother share an easter egg to eat. Grr, bloody baby diet saboteurs...

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 10:55

oh i do sympathise, dinky, dd2 has developed a screaming antipathy to her cot and will only sleep with us. teething. bah.

oh yes am eating loads, thanks. salad and steak, salade nicoise, savoy cab and chicken stir fry, that sort of thing. lots of olive oil and lemon and garlic and herbs etc but no bread, though, no pasta, some brown rice but only 50g a day. i'm trying to do the zoe harcombe five day detox, as am experimenting with the candida thing...

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 10:56

oh, and another half pound today btw, then shaved legs which made it three qu of pound! (also visited loo so this may have had bearing).

champagnesupernova · 08/04/2010 11:13

Hello.
Are there rules anywhere to your draconian scary regime?
I have had 2 pieces of toast with marmite

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 11:17

i'm afraid you've broken three of my rules already. OUT.

dinkystinky · 08/04/2010 11:25

two rules - 1 dont anger the su 2 - dont be a fat biffer

other than that do your own thing and weigh in on fridays...

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 08/04/2010 11:30

not looking forward to tommorrow

BariatricObama · 08/04/2010 11:53

is pineapple good for de-biffing?

OP posts:

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 12:09

I haven't eaten today, I'm waiting for money to go into the bank from a remortgage, so I can go shopping pay off debts. I look very thin today. [deluded]

cyb · 08/04/2010 12:38

hi champagne, I think you'll find most of us on this thread aren't eating much bread, at least not the white stuff

Tis the divvel's food

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 12:39

im going to start eating it again though, have bought lots of seeds and wholemeal flour to make own.

champagnesupernova · 08/04/2010 12:48

this was brown
But you are right. bread - bloat.
Gah
Didn't know we were weighing in tomorrow
Well I won't have lost anything but see how we do next week

cyb · 08/04/2010 12:51

champers (can I call you champers?) this diet according to Cyb (arf) is not really a diet at all its a lifestyle change. I had to stop eating bread because of the half inch of cold salted butter I insisted on pressing onto each slice

I have weighed myself once since i started this malarkey, don't hold with it tbh

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 12:52

champers prepared to be shouted at a lot.

Not by me, I'm the nice one.

cocolepew · 08/04/2010 12:53

Oi cyb I thought you went to work?

cyb · 08/04/2010 12:55

yes I did from 8 30 till 12 30

twas divine

actually it was fine, just bloody hard work clearing up after a toddler stay and play and singing 5 little speckled frogs in a hall with terrible accoustics

AitchTwoZone · 08/04/2010 14:26

yum yum leftover roast chicken mixed with harissa, brown rice, lots of parsley and a lemony, oily salad.
