no kids leftovers need to be killed before they go.

I've done it with pringles before too- suddenly seen myself from the outside, arm deep in a tube of cheese and chive and felt disgusted with myself

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:29

lol at gorgon Zola

J'accuse!

cyb · 09/03/2010 17:30

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:31

moodlum · 09/03/2010 17:31

but but but a mini milky way is only 1.5 ww points. Its a quick fix for an addict.

I agree that perhaps today's menu was not exactly strict. Am still under points though and have just weighed myself. Still fat but 2lbs less fat than I was.

BariatricObama · 09/03/2010 17:31

yes fisting the pringles is never a good look

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 09/03/2010 17:31

Farking poached eggs just boiled over and left honking mess on the hob. Grr. his never happens with pizza and wedges (wot kids having).

Pizza and wedges. Om Nom.

BariatricObama · 09/03/2010 17:32

moodlum · 09/03/2010 17:33

And it is like HomoComo he whisks you off to, not Garda

cyb · 09/03/2010 17:41

I merely dangled the teabag in its direction

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:49

never mind him - how uncomfortabel does cowell look with beard

ahundredtimes · 09/03/2010 17:52

YOU'VE GOT IT ALL WRONG

stop with the denying thing

and the 'oh I DIDN'T eat a baguette today' and all stuff women do about chocolate and cakes and crisps.

It's not helpful AND it won't make you lose weight

here's what you think:

actually I ate a load of shit most of the time. So now I'm going to eat better. I'll have some carbs at lunch, because I need some carbs, but I won't eat three slices of toast and butter every day. I LIKE lemon juice on my salad. I LIKE veg, and I don't need to eat the same portions as my dh or anyone else. And I'll eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm full

duckyfuzz · 09/03/2010 17:53

may as well join this one as well as t'other one, I need discipline

lost 2 stone between June - Nov and kind of wobbling a bit now, I put on and lose the same 3-4 pounds every few weeks, but back on track since half term I think, 3lbs down over the last 2 weeks

today:
muesli,
clementines and an apple
lasagne (small) and salad for school lunch chicken and bacon salad for tea with DTs (I eat less if I eat earlier)

bread is the work of the devil as far as my weight is concerned, had meeting all day yest with sandwiches = 2lbs on overnight

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:54

BUT 100
eating cake made me fat.
so am trying ot eat mroe fruit

duckyfuzz · 09/03/2010 17:54

wobbling on the weight loss, not on tum

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:55

oh yes ( rereads) as far as i know i am doing that
but not eating sausage and chips
ro HUGE portions dh size
or carbs to make me full at lunch
just till sated

ahundredtimes · 09/03/2010 17:57

y y - I mean don't let this thread be a

'I didn't eat any sausages and chips, om nom' or 'ooh pringles' or 'ooooh I wish chocolate cake!' type thing

because then you're screwed

SuSylvester · 09/03/2010 17:58

hmm
i dont think it is.

ahundredtimes · 09/03/2010 18:00

It was going that way, it was

cyb was all about what she WASN'T having
