But aren't eggs full of cholesterol? I'd be happy with a poached egg for lunch every day, but wouldn't I end up being thin but dead?

I am doing this strict plan as I weighed myself this morning, it was a grim shock.

No bread, no sugar, no processed crap.

I've just lost a stone in 5 weeks on SW extra easy, and I'd like to lose another in the next couple of months.

I've eaten a lot of eggs - 2 a day on average, cut out bread almost completely, cut down cheese drastically and cut out biscuits and crisps.

I do put a lot of my weight loss down to cutting out bread. It really is not the dieter's friend.

I just weighed myself again and am three pounds lighter than yesterday. I feel that my scales might be a bit dodgy, I was restrained in my eating yesterday but still.

Carbs are not the enemy! Lost 11.5 lbs on SW eating loads of carbs, but restricting bread to 1-2 slices a day.

Oh yes i'm in, I need someone to be strict and kick me up the arse to lose some weight.

So far i've lost 10lbs in 10 weeks (approx) but it fluctuates far too much, some weeks I don't lose at all and others I lose 1/2/3/4lbs. I'd like an average of at least 2lbs a week from now on.

Average day for me is weetabix for breakfast, fruit snacks throughout the day. Porridge for lunch and a sensible dinner. I have given up drinking booze in the week and have taken up drinking green/fennel/peppermint teas instead. I try and do about 15-30 mins on my Wii Fit if the small child naps in the day and I do yoga once a week.

DH has got a tummy bug this week and has lost about the same amount it took me that 10 weeks to lose in the space of a weekend
