on latest phase (since 22 Feb) 5 lbs but Jun to Nov last year nearly 2st (Nov to Feb, not great, but still less now than in Nov) - I really needed to and suddenly decided to do it and it worked, so I am v pleased with myself

I don't understand "fat weighing" ones, if I get some that aren't doesn't that mean I'll weigh very leetle?

I have some that do bmi, muscle % body fat etc, I don;t generally bother with all that, jsut monitor weight but did it this weekend and have gone from 34% body fat to 23% so that made me happy
