Have also drunk 2 litres of water and some lavender tea.

Help me! I have sinned too much. Easter is calling and my clothes are too small. I've lost 6lbs in 3 weeks ish but am now floundering.

My last baby turned 4 yesterday and we ahd a lovely nostalgic day with our friends who are emigrating. Cue lots of good food, tons of alcohol, singing, swaying and dancing. Followed by melancholic talk and tears, more champagne....you get the picture.....

Weigh in today still the same as last week.

Please boot me up the arse oh strong willed ones with your talk of nice shoes and dresses. Spring is here and I want to dress for it

I only keep weight off when I weigh myself every day.
