isthatporridgeinyourhair · 15/03/2010 10:16

shoes talk isn't banned is it? It's a slimming aid - I think about shoes and not about chips and mayo. It's the only thing that's keeping me going .

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 15/03/2010 10:18

apparently a lo carber. i might order her book, that will delay everything for a while.

SuSylvester · 15/03/2010 10:20

no visualisation is great
of how much better putting on clothes will be
no pulling at waistbands or bakc hamsters

BariatricObama · 15/03/2010 10:21

agree, i have a wardrope full of great summer clothes that will only fit if i lose a stone. great motivator

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 15/03/2010 10:25

Thank God for that. Back hamsters have reduced to smallish gerbil size. Am directing the power of positive thought to stomach and hips and thinking of not having to hold tummy in when in bikiniki.

aiming for stage 1 by easter
