i'm eating an enormous bowl of posh cereal with sunflower seeds, raisins, grapes, banana and apple
oh and rice milk
dses up at 6.15 which probably counts as my exercise for the day

did anyone answer my query about breakfast, btw? if i don;t eat brekkie i feel more sated than if i do. even on eggs.

Ok sobered up now think the eating less plus 3 large glasses of wine got me hammered!My exercise today will be cleaning the downstairs dp just sent me a text from work saying the house looks like we had a party!And it does how does that happen when you are drunk EVERY saucepan and piece of crockery is used and only 3 of us Black coffee here and 2 scrambled eggs and tomatoes x

Today ; Yoghurt and blueberries for brekkie. Smoked salmon for lunch and hoisin pork fillet with chinese greens for tea (364 cals). Done Davina, cycled to school towing DS2 and wrestling logs with the tree surgeons this morning.
