I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a ham sandwhich with low fat spread for lunch and am going to have a tescos healthy living chicken and pasta bake with some steamed veg for tea.

I wont count the chinese I had last night!!! lol

japanese should be pretty low cal I think. Lots of fish and veg. I'm rather jealous I'm home tonight watching the new CSI New York

Did you see CSI Miami a few nights ago? It was an introduction to the New York team. We love CSI in this house and watch all of them!

Now, the kids are doing DIY pizza for tea tonight. What should I put on mine? Don't want to use up too many points. I only have 21 for the week and I've used 7 already

Hey, that's the first time I've been top of a list for ages (ie the one who put on the most weight last week ). I knew I would though cos of totm and a weekend away with greedy, cake-eating big vat of everything-cooking ILs.

Anyway, back on track (oops, I mean back on the diet) this week, despite having had more cake and booze.

Em - glad you enjoyed the chinese and are not racked with guilt - no reason to be. I like fried noodles too much so have to give the takeaway a wide berth...

I am around. Got weighed yesterday and put on half a pound. I am pleased as I was expecting much more due to a rather indulgent week!!
Am trying my best to be good now so am hoping for a loss next week.

Over the last week I have had the munchies on a massive scale! One good thing is that I have now eaten everything that is vaguely naughty and yummy so this week should be better!

Well done to everyone! I probably won't lose anything this week - totm. But hopefully I will still lose a few cms. Lost 9 in total last week which was good. I had a works do on Friday - chinese meal. Was very very good (but had a few drinkies after which was not so good...). Then another meal out with my family on Saturday - Italian. But I only had 3 small pieces of thin-crust pizza so was quite pleased with myself. Get weighed tonight at class. All the best for this week and hi to Canuckmum and Titania!! x
