hi anyone
had a dodgy week, this week..bought 2 small quiches when shopping on sat..i eat 3/4 of both of them(not all at once!)
am due on and feel really hungry, especially for sweet stuff and have been eating loads(2 bowls a day minimum) of ready brek and am not sure if this is a good idea????(i have been eating it as a meal mostly though, not as well as???)

i was v.pleased this week when i put my newest pair of jeans on(bought being rather tight on top of legs and around huge tummy), slipped them on and fastend them up with no surgery needed and they actually felt loose on tops of legs yesterday
makes it all worth it when you 'can tell' doesnt it
