I am shattered tonight - really busy day at work - but I am so pleased with myself. Normally on nights like this when I feel really tired I would end up skipping tea cos I couldn't be bothered cooking but I've come in tonight and have cooked pasta with sin free spicy tomato sauce. I am determined

well done yorkie
you're doing great

MunchedTooManyMarsLady · 08/02/2005 21:38

fantastic yorkie. What a great inspiration to us you are!!!!!!!!

Have to weigh-in at a different group tomorrow as I can't get to normal meeting. Hope that doesn't mean I'll gain.

Had 2 pancakes today. One with lemon and sugar and one with a chopped banana. Lovely!!!!!!!! 2 glasses of red then that's me and alcohol done til Easter (ha ha)

Evesmama · 08/02/2005 21:42

good luck for tomorrow hun, scales 'should' be okay, but dont take them to hard if they show the opposite of how you think you should have done.dp bought some very flash digi scales and i weigh much heavier down stairs in kitchen than up in bedroom(might be cos ive got a face full of food being in the kitchen??...kidding!

You will YG, bet you'll at least be a 14, if not smaller, by the time you're at target! Think positively!

monkeygirl · 09/02/2005 07:23

Well done Yorkie - never say never to size 24s...and lower.

Ok hands up who said they weren't going to have any pancakes yesterday and then had 3 with lemon, sugar and syrup ? Oh just me then

Loobz · 09/02/2005 07:36

Well done Yorkie - The size 14's will be there soon - keep it going

monkeygirl · 09/02/2005 07:39

Just saw my post - I mean 14s of course!!!

mammya · 09/02/2005 16:28

I didn't have any pancakes yesterday... but I've been really ill with this nasty flu bug, and so has dd, so neither of us fancied pancakes much really. Might have them next week!
Well done YG, you must be really pleased!
I'm pleased too, had my weigh in today and lost 1 pound. It's only 1 pound, I wasn't sure whether I'd lost anything this week due to erratic eating during illness, and I got my "silver 7", which you get at WW when you've lost half a stone.
