Another Tuesday! although I won't be reporting hopefully with good news until Thursday night.

Right, also thought that starting a new thread every week for just us 3 was mad so thought we'd just have our own on going thread that makes it easier to look back on - is that OK with everyone?

sorry - just realised - I've already said that about my neighbour, feel free to ignore

Smalline · 10/02/2009 20:55

That's a good idea Furball I'd never thought of cutting down my points for the rest of the week if I'd over indulged one night, I just carry on with my allocated points and hope for the best.

Good luck for tomorrow, I'm sure you will reach this weeks target and maybe some more, no pressure though

Furball · 11/02/2009 16:04

1/2 a pound - 1/2 a pound - I did all that for 1/2 a blooming pound. bloody hell.

at least it's in the right direction this week, but honestly this the most painful 5.5 lbs I've ever lost

OP posts:
Furball · 11/02/2009 16:06

I even managed a 4km run this morning as weel - imagine if I hadn't of done that!

Smalline · 12/02/2009 13:40

Oh Furball I feel gutted for you, in a way, I feel a bit responsible, I feel like I built up your hopes with my last post, only for them to be dashed by the results, sorry.

I won't ask you how your neighbour did?

Furball · 12/02/2009 17:02

my neighbour, gosh yes, forgot to say, well she was grinning from ear to ear after I said I'd lost a half - only for her to pop on the scales and lose...........................................you've guessed it a half so we're on again for 1 1/2 lb this week.

OP posts:
Furball · 12/02/2009 17:03

don't feel bad smalline - it's my mouth that ate a shed load (literally) nibbles

right - new plans (you know me! )

I've knocked WW on the head and am going to do sw, but at home. I know what to do, I have so little to go, lets hope I can do it.

WW was just suuuuuuchh a pain in the jacksey, all that weighing and measuring and looking up stuff, crikey. did my head in.

I can now eat fruit til I'm blue in the face and it's great! had a huge (dh called it a fruit platter ) plate of mixed stuff, all for free.

Haven't been to a weigh-in for at least 2 weeks, but I will be back there next week. How are you doing Furball?

Furball · 24/02/2009 19:23

pancakes aren't that bad are they smalline?

I have done nothing (no surprises) have raided the cupboard today (no surprises) Also haven't been running for yonks as half term and I've had a sore throat for about 5 days awaiting something else and didn't want to push it.

OP posts:
Smalline · 25/02/2009 16:13

No Furball I don't think pancakes are that bad, how many did you have and what did you have with them?

Smalline · 25/02/2009 16:14

My kids are begging me to make some more tonight.

Furball · 25/02/2009 16:16

only 2! 1 with chocolate spread and ice cream and the other with lemon and sugar.

They were nice.

OP posts:
Furball · 25/02/2009 16:18

they're so easy aren't they? (dh is the tosser in our house! so even easier for me)

Don't know why we don't have them more often

OP posts:
Smalline · 26/02/2009 16:43

I made some more last night, had one with ice-cream. I must get back on track, haven't done any exercise since last thursday, I'm going to aerobics tonight, just hope that gets me back in the mood to start exercising again!

Smalline · 02/03/2009 21:44

I weighed myself this morning and was shocked by the results. I've got to lose weight before going back to WW. I must must must track and stick to it this week, am deffo going back next week.

Furball · 04/03/2009 07:36

dh asked me how my diet was going yesterday as I was tucking into a left over from sunday lunch pudding

I must say, I've had a bit of a cold and have felt 'not quite right' and haven't really wanted to eat at all, just smaller meals at meal times. It's nice, I like living like that, I hope that feeling stays with me a while, probably won't......

it's has been good for me to forget I'm trying to loose weight without going completely the other way in celebration

OP posts:
Smalline · 09/03/2009 13:47

Well I went back to WW today, first time in 4 weeks. 5.5lbs on, hardly surprising the amount of rubbish that I have been eating recently. Anyway now that I'm back, my only hope, is that I stick to it. Am tucking into cardboard ryvitas with cheese spread at the moment.

How are you doing Furball?

Furball · 10/03/2009 06:53

good you've gone back to ww though smalline. I've not been so sensible. I really must start to do something.

i did go for a 2 mile run though yesterday, it was hard as I haven't been for so long (about 6 weeks) but it's a start.

OP posts:
Smalline · 12/03/2009 13:10

4 days into it and things are not going too bad, I seem to have settled back relatively easily into the old healthy eating regime. Still got the weekend to go though, thats when I find it tough.

Have had 3 alcohol free days this week so far, thats good going for me! looking forward to a lovely ice cold glass of wine tomorrow night, or maybe I'll have one tonight.

Smalline · 16/03/2009 13:52

1.5lbs off this week.

Furball · 20/03/2009 20:39

good stuff smalline

I bumped into my old sw leader in Tescos today and had allsorts of stuff in my trolley. She actually told me I looked good, but I know its creeping back and I do keep saying I'll do something but don't

OP posts:
Smalline · 22/03/2009 10:22

What are you going to do Furball? you can't let it all creep back on, that would be a waste of your effort, time & money! you've done so well.

Happy Mother's day

Furball · 22/03/2009 10:41

thanks smalline - I am supposed to be eating smaller and healthier meals and cutting the crap. will see. Have been out this morning for a run which in this sunshine was lovely although I've even lost abit of fitness and had to walk a little of the way, but I enjoyed it so thats the main thing and I need to bear that in mind on Tuesday when I plan to go again.

Thanks for thinking of me
