Ok had a shocking weekend - calorie and volume wise I wouldn’t say I was horrendous but I’ve eaten all the wrong things, very little protein and way too much sugar. My tummy was terrible on Saturday and although it’s settled today I don’t feel “right” again yet.
Took 3rd dose of 0.25, just ordered my 0.5 pen so that’ll be me from week 5.
I really notice the difference in my hunger when I don’t prioritise protein so that’s what I’ll be doing this week along with more activity and more water. Bringing my shot forward one day to Friday morning too as I pushed it back to Saturday evening this week which will have massively contributed to my lack of will power and heavy snacking this weekend.
