Happy good day life.

Fanks ☺️ ... Operation guilt free Easter egg starts tomorrow. While I am still motivated. Thanks for getting me to this point.

TheNewlmprovedMrsMadEvans · 10/12/2022 21:02

Unescorted well done great work 😊👏👏

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/12/2022 06:50

Watch out Easter bunny

Happierwithouthim · 13/12/2022 07:48

13st 6lbs this morning, 7lbs loss in 4 weeks on ozempic. My gut that hung over band of my underwear is disappearing, this year was first time I ever had that feature of obesity.

Dinner was half pack of cully & sully soup with two slices of multiseed bread.

The other half is todays lunch with homemade brown bread.

Happier that is fabulous well done 👏☺️

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2022 07:08

I’ve been on calorie for 2 days now, yesterday was not an active day as needed to drive to work,

Unescorted · 14/12/2022 21:24

Nice one happier the knicker apron is a feature lam glad to see the back of too.

I had an inactive day today as well.. 2.5 hours to drive in. Gym tomorrow me thinks.

I am giving the noisy Air BnB guests until 10 before I bellow out of the window. Proper fish wife style....I need my sleep to give myself a chance of staying in Christmas jeans weight.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2022 06:00

Did you need to bellow?

got fettled by biscuits but only 1700 so not bad with 12k steps and a spin class

Happierwithouthim · 15/12/2022 09:09

Belt gone in two notches and the jeans just slid on this morning, didn't have to hoick them up at all. Work colleague noticed my weight loss too Smile

unescorted I'd love a video of you bellowing at them Grin

Yesterdays food -
2 poached eggs on seeded toast
Goats cheese salad with one slice of french stick
toasted ham & cheese sandwich for dinner
kit kat santa
I'm doing great with water for months now. 1pint in the morning with my vitamins, 1 or 1.5 litres of water throughout the day at work and another pint at dinner time.

TheNewlmprovedMrsMadEvans · 17/12/2022 18:26

Well done Unescorted 👏👏
Life Christmas food here too despite being busy 🤗

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/12/2022 00:25

21 k steps as Christmas do, 3 course meal so lots of food but a healthy enough one (except pud) but danced it off

Unescorted · 18/12/2022 07:47

Life tha is a lot of steps. Well done!
I have had an insight into how easy it will be to put it all back on.... We went out for brunch, bdid some Christmas shopping and went to a party before coming home for dinner. Despite going for a light brunch, lots of aimless walking around shops and having a "mindful" amount of party food and homemade soup for dinner I have put on weight. Back to the gym today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/12/2022 08:17

It will likely be bloat unescorted but yy super easy to put it in
i plan a long walk with doggo and put up decorations
I do need to pop to the shop for nail polish remover

Unescorted · 18/12/2022 18:44

Hope you had a good walk with the hound.

I put some effort in at the gym. 25 min row (300 cal) 20 min on the cross trainer (200 cal), weights (arm day) and core. 90 minutes in all.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/12/2022 19:42

I had 3 walks with the hound
tired = choc but a full gym week booked this week
got an appointment Thursday for a 12 week plan as hope arm is ok for weights in the new year
