I've finally lost 2lbs, so half a stone in total. I'm on 1.2mg of Saxenda because I can't afford any more than that. I'm also taking glucommanan capsules.
Yesterday I ate a one egg cheese omelette, a courgette and tomatoes, a stewed cooking apple with a few sultanas and Greek yoghurt. Small cup of milk.
Then, four rice/pea protein cakes, peanut butter, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and celery and the rest of my apple and sultana with yoghurt. I'm using full fat milk in tea and for the odd drink. No snacks or alcohol.
