Apologies, cannot remember who's idea this was for a thread title, but I have stolen it.

9st3.75 this morning, meaning I am 0.25 down from the start of April. Not great, but I did get up to 9st7 in April, so I'll take that. Would be delighted if I could lose a pound this month. Lets hope the weather picks up, I'm sure that will help everyone.

We walked for a couple of hours this morning. Bought a tasty treat from a dessert shop for this evening which I made the mistake of asking for the nutritional information for. Still, it's better to know than pretend!

I did my 10k step walk and inadvertently fasted for 19h as I didn't get a chance to eat till 1.30. It does not suit me but anyway I'm nice and full now.

Butter I can get on with! GrinI saw another thread on her about a particular method for best health.. 3 meals, no wheat or sugar and butter instead of oil.. No restrictions outside of that, can't remember name of book/guru.

I know what you mean about butter but it was still great with Marmite.

I've never had marmite. I was an extremely fussy and restrictive eater as a child. Lovely Thai curry on way here.

Thai green curry with potatoes and rice.

Teeth brushed, skincare complete. 2L water and 10k steps.

Dp was up last time so had chicken burger and salad.

Was a little naughty today as I had a chilled caramel coffee and a chocolate biscuit.

Tonight we are having chicken breast, salad and jacket potato, but have had a large glass of wine.

Went to the gym 5 times last week however it’s closed for the weekend and I’m strangely missing it!

Daily check in again - sorry for boring you all, but I'm really going to try and stick on it this week, and see what (if any!) difference it makes. Had a fuck it moment today when we had tickets for a national trust place and having hoped for a picnic amongst the bluebells, instead sat on a bench in the drizzle. The toddler was being a little sod, so I bought a pity-me hot chocolate. Only other snacks today are 22g of chocolate buttons.

Well my lowest was early October last year Nutella which lasted about 24h Hmm That was 8st 7.5. To maintain around there would be great, that is my 'natural' size, as such. I have a very slight frame and I'm small so that half stone is really noticeable, on or off. But I'll try not to get hung up on a particular weight if I can and just maintain this good eating 3 decent meals, not getting over hungry and that will do it for me I think. Harder than it sounds sometimes as we all know but for now, not difficult, feeling very much in the zone. Getting to 8st 13 would be a boost as that was weight end of Christmas week. Don't ask me how. I think I was walking a lot!! How are you this morning?

Well done everyone. Interesting about crumpets being only 97 calories, may have to buy some today. I would happily eat one just on its own, also satisfying cause they are toasted. Went out with a friend last night, drinks and food so 9st4.75 this morning. Lots of water today and will aim for good steps.

Morning. Not weighed this morning. Ate the motherload of pasta pesto with mackerel flakes and cheese yesterday. Carb attack but first time I’ve had or wanted pasta in a long time. I seem to have a cold unless it’s still vaccine related.

My mum’s birthday today so there will be eating and drinking but a bit of walking to get there and back.
