That's an achievement life, good for you. Scales at last edging down but still 1.6 up on last Friday.
I listened to a podcast I saw someone on another diet thread recommend, the ESGFitness podcast, I went through the list and picked episode 201, tough truths about dieting, it went through these points:
- The weekend is over 40% of your week
- You aren't in a deficit if you're not losing fat
- No one is coming to do it for you
- You don't need to eat more to lose fat
- YOU are the common denominator
- Your perfectionism is holding you back
- You are comparing yourself to the exception not the rule...Survivorship bias
Really interesting and enlightening. My Friday to Sunday weekend messing is 42% of my week. I saw that and I'm invited out to friends tomorrow, ugh so hard to be "good"
