Anyone want to join me? It's 1st February tomorrow which seems a good day to start.

Three stone to lose here, I can't put it off any longer. I hate being overweight.

Nothing fits me and I am so miserable.

Thank you @Onamissionn
I too have gone overboard this weekend! Back to being sensible today

MischiefManager · 05/04/2021 08:35

Well I decided to just enjoy Easter weekend and not worry about weight. I've had all the food, treats and alcohol I've wanted as well as lots of walking and gardening and this morning I'm 3.2lbs up...eek! Back on it this week! Hope everyone has enjoyed a lovely weekend,

LBB2020 · 05/04/2021 08:59

I’m sure you’ll get that back off in no time @MischiefManager! I dread to think how much I’ve put on Grin

MischiefManager · 06/04/2021 09:03

Hope so @LBB2020 although I'm hugely tempted to binge eat all the Easter chocolate! I'm 1.2lb down again this morning though so heading in the right direction again hopefully!

LBB2020 · 06/04/2021 09:27

By the end of the week I’m sure you’ll have lost it and more!
My evening snacking has snuck back in over the long weekend Blush back to no eating after 7pm from today!

Onamissionn · 06/04/2021 12:18

I too decided to just enjoy the whole weekend. Back on it today though.
Haven’t checked the scales yet, don’t really want too Smile

LBB2020 · 09/04/2021 13:28

How is everyone doing this week? I’ve stayed at 10st3lbs, hopefully the scales will move downwards next week!

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 09/04/2021 23:25

Hello! I completely fell off this thread. Work was nuts, then I have been off for the Easter holidays. No weight lost, still sitting st 10/7, but I need to really get on it on Monday. I have been keeping up steps, sit ups, and exercise DVD, but eating and drinking like an actual beast.

LBB2020 · 10/04/2021 07:57

Well done on keeping up your steps and exercise @Judystilldreamsofhorses

Onamissionn · 12/04/2021 19:09

I can’t seem to stop eating junk! I did so well until a break for Easter and now I can’t get back into it. Still at 9.13.

Tempted to burn the kids Easter egg collection.

How’s everyone else doing?

LBB2020 · 12/04/2021 19:25

I’m the same @Onamissionn I’ve started up the evening snacking again and can’t seem to stop! Really trying today though as I’d like to see at least 10st2lb this week!

MischiefManager · 13/04/2021 08:01

I have seriously fell off the wagonBlush
Need to have a word with myself today and get back on it!

LBB2020 · 13/04/2021 18:07

How did you get on today @MischiefManager?
I’ve been ok so far, no snacking at all but the night is still young! Grin

LBB2020 · 16/04/2021 07:47

10st2lb this morning Smile
Hope everyone has had a good week x

MischiefManager · 20/04/2021 20:40

Hope everyone's doing well with their losses. I've spiralled a bit as a result of a stressful time but hopefully will start to pull it back soon.

LBB2020 · 21/04/2021 07:41

Hope you’re ok @MischiefManager
I’ve not been making enough effort and have eaten pretty poorly since the weekend Blush

Onamissionn · 21/04/2021 20:51

Hope things improve mischief I’ve been awful too.

Seems I only have willpower when pubs are closed Blush

MischiefManager · 02/05/2021 07:21

Thanks @Onamissionn @LBB2020

Going to really try and get back on it this week. I really think feeling better about myself will help me right now. Not to mention it might improve all the aches and pains I seem to have.

I'm currently hovering at around 12st11 down from the 13st9 I started at so still not quite conquered that stone. According to BMI charts my weight needs to be 11st5 or less so I'm aiming for 11 stone initially (although I suspect 10st7 will be a better weight for me) and then see how I feel so that's 1st6 to lose. I'm pretty active generally and there is no possible way I can dedicate time specifically to exercise right now so I'm just trying to keep moving and active and concentrate on improving my shockingly awful comfort eating diet. I know it will help me feel better over all, and I really need all the energy I can get, but it's just so hard to find the motivation when things are tough.

LBB2020 · 02/05/2021 07:57

You are so close to that stone @MischiefManager! I hope things settle down for you soon.
I was 10st1lb on Friday so slowly heading in the right direction! The past week DH and I have been taking it in turns to get up early and exercise before the DC wake up which is making me feel better and like I’m doing something to help myself, just need to get back to the healthy/healthier eating Grin
It’s a real struggle getting up (DC2 is waking more than he did as a newborn at the moment due to teething!) but once I’m up it’s actually quite nice having an hour to myself in peace!
