I managed to loose 13lbs at the start of lockdown doing Slimming World and got back to my target weight. I've put 12lbs back on again 
I'm looking pretty unkempt as well, but I'm not actually too worried about the rest of it if I can just get this weight off again. My hair desperately needs sorting out but obviously I can't do much about that at the moment. I've not worn make up for months, but my skin is better for it so I'm happy to keep leaving that out. Need to sort my nails and eyebrows out.
I think I'm going to ditch Slimming World and just try to cut back. I'm so bored of the same old things on SW. So, 2 Wheetabix and some fruit for breakfast, a sandwich and some fruit for lunch and then a decent evening meal. One small sweet snack a day. As much sugar free squash, tea and coffee as I like.
I'll run every other day, approx 3.5 miles. On the other days I'll try to do a walk with the children that gets me sweating. They are 3 and 1 so still use a double buggy and the oldest usually hops in halfway, so if I make the second half of the walk uphill I should burn a few calories doing that.
I'm an all or nothing kind of person, which is why I yoyo up and down, gaining and loosing the same stone each time. I really want to retrain my brain to eat and exercise like a normal person.
