Anyone up for sorting their lard body out? I've peaked with my fatness and I need to sort it. I can no longer hide. Tomorrow will be the day. Are you up for it too?

Right that's my eating done for the day. I've just cleaned my teeth so I won't eat anymore now. Fresh new shiny start tomorrow. I'm a mixture of scared and excited for tomorrow morning weigh in.

Thank you all for joining me 💐

Right I’ve got my app set for tomorrow. 4 hour eating window starting at 4pm and ending at 8pm. We can do this 👊

lou967 · 17/05/2020 22:51

Good luck all.

TildaTurnip · 17/05/2020 23:46

I have a lot more to lose than what has been posted so far. Over double. I’m so embarrassed.

Ponks · 17/05/2020 23:57

Hi guys, I'll join in too as definitely hit peak lardiness and need to do something. Not looking forward to the weigh in!

GoodMorningSunshine · 18/05/2020 00:00

I’m in too 🙋‍♀️ I’ve just been snacking my way through lockdown, something has to change...

TrenchTown · 18/05/2020 06:53

Oh god, today's the day we reclaim our bodies. I don't want to face the bathroom scales but needs must. There will be tears 😭

I will be back in a bit to log my weight.

MillieMoodle · 18/05/2020 07:01

@TildaTurnip don't be embarrassed, we are here to support each other.

@TrenchTown I'm about to get up and head for the scales!

Day 1 - we can do this!

Twilbury · 18/05/2020 07:09

Morning

Another one with flab to shift. I was already 3 stone overweight before this shot show started. Coping by using carbs and booze so far which has not been ideal!

I have just weighed and I am 14:7 which I am gutted about. I knew it would be around there but actually seeing it and writing it down is grim.

Snacking is my issue.
I have bought a skipping rope too Grin
Not used it but I have got it !

Apolloanddaphne · 18/05/2020 07:17

I've just woken up and realise I need to weigh myself. Eek. I'm a bit scared.

Bumpsadaisie · 18/05/2020 07:20

Hello can I join 😊 something has to be done !

I will weigh myself in a bit. Are we all doing kgs or stones/pounds?

Heartlake · 18/05/2020 07:21

Hello to my people! 11:7 this morning, 5'5". Was 8:13 when I got married 10 years ago and lighter at 9mo pregnant. It's the biscuits for me...

NotStayingIn · 18/05/2020 07:22

Morning! I’m in, I think a food diary/calorie counting is the way forward for me. Good luck all.

EmbarrassedUser · 18/05/2020 07:29

I’m joining too. I’ve been dieting since lockdown and have lost 16lbs 🎉🎉 This is purely by cutting out snacks and having smaller portions for my meals. I’ve been drinking mostly water (around 4 litres a day) which seems to help. I’m 5 foot aiming to go from 11st 5lbs to 8st 7lbs. Got 21lbs left 🤦‍♀️

Apolloanddaphne · 18/05/2020 07:29

Oh dear. I am 13st 12.8lb I have put on 5lb since the start of lockdown. I can't keep gaining weight like that.

I need to decide what plan to follow. It will probably be either 5:2 or Fast800 or a mix of the two. What is everyone else doing?

Illbedownatthegardenwithmum · 18/05/2020 07:30

May I join you? I can’t get below 11.3. My frame is tiny, so that’s about 1.5 stone overweight, but I’ll settle for a stone. I’ve recently had hip replacement surgery, so running and yoga are out, but I’m doing lots of walking, some cycling, and daily weights. It’s my diet I need to sort out more than anything.

rwalker · 18/05/2020 07:30

A well done in advance the thing is you want to loose weight rather than you have to that mindset is a massive help with it.
Please give yourself 9/12 months at least for this that way it will stay off.
Because gyms are shut the world and his wife have put loads of free fitness stuff on line.
As for not eating after 6pm all good but it's more breaking the habit perhaps 1 snack about 8 with few calories sometime going cold turkey you break and end up bingeing .

cheeseislife8 · 18/05/2020 07:33

Morning, may I join you too? I'm currently the biggest I've ever been and I NEED to do something about it. Aiming for 3 stone off!

PragmaticWench · 18/05/2020 07:35

Count me in! I've reached a point of wanting to get back to being slimmer and fitter, the chunk has to go.

5'8'' and 80kg today, so about 12 and a half stone. After a back injury and an emotional six months, I've eaten and barely moved until I'm this size.

I've done keto before and lost close to three stone but piled it back on so this time I'm planning to lower carbs by cutting out the junk rather than going hardcore. Generally I just want to move more now my back is better, keep up with the children.

Flippetydip · 18/05/2020 07:35

Please can I join? I don't have that much to lose - a stone to get back to my fighting weight. I have put on a good half stone during lockdown.

So I realise it's not a huge amount but it still feels insurmountable at the moment without support. I used to stick religiously to 5:2. I need to get back to that mindset. I don't want to be here in a year with another stone on top to lose.

Good luck to all!

Ponks · 18/05/2020 07:38

Sigh. 12.3. At 5'3" this is my heaviest ever and down to snacking and comfort / stress eating . And I do like a pudding.
Not going to do any specific diet, just eat less and exercise more. Train myself into good habits.

Bumpsadaisie · 18/05/2020 07:42

I'm 12st 5! 🤫

Right.

TrenchTown · 18/05/2020 07:47

I weigh. 11st 9lbs

FUCK

OP posts:
TaighNamGastaOrt · 18/05/2020 07:48

Can I join please? I was naturally slim until recently and this sounds stupid but I don't know how to diet! Help!
In the last few years I've had a kid, stopped smoking, hit my 40's. Snacking has increased during lockdown! Not working means less activity. I do run 3 times a week but off injured for a month or so.
Long story short, I'm 5'6 ish and 11 stone. I need to lose a stone or two but how?

incognitomum · 18/05/2020 07:56

@lou967 you're the same height and weight as me.

I'm determined to lose 2 stone. Good luck everyone else. It's not easy.
