Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

2 off here, bit disappointed about but not surprised! I’ve updated my thing on the spreadsheet, has everyone else?

frenchfries22 · 23/04/2020 09:28

2lbs off but disappointed. I've been extending my fasts and no eating after 4. Admittedly still eating rubbish during my eating window, I must try harder!
We havent been going out at all, today we will go out for a walk but I've been awake all night stressing over what on earth to wear as it's quite warm. I have got into the habit of covering myself up in my massive coat. This has to be the motivation for me. I need to be able to get up in the morning and chuck something on and feel ok not be worrying about how I will look, it affects my whole family life. I must be one of a few that is enjoying not going out or seeing anyone!

menthollyinsane · 23/04/2020 09:32

@sushinelove wow 6lbs. Amazing.

3lbs on Sad gutted but it's my own fault. Trying harder this week. Need to try and move more as my job was quite active and at home i'm not.
Well done to eveyone that has lost Smile

Fedupandpoor · 23/04/2020 09:45

3 and a half lbs here! I'll take it! Grin

Fedupandpoor · 23/04/2020 09:50

Sorry, its 5.6 pounds! 🍾 Still getting to grips with the spreadsheet!

FAQs · 23/04/2020 09:52

@frenchfries22 don’t fast too much it’s counterproductive.

cashmerecardigans · 23/04/2020 09:56

A quarter of a pound off here! Not too bad considering I was a pound up on Tuesday. It's definitely easier now I'm back at work and busier, just need to stop hanging about in the kitchen between work calls.

Steala · 23/04/2020 10:12

I'm afraid I've rather let the side down- I'm exactly the same as I was last week. Still, perhaps I've halted the gain? Fingers crossed.

Mediumred · 23/04/2020 10:33

Aww, I’m the same too Steala but quite glad not to have put any on I suppose. I have been pretty good with exercise, skipping rope every day and Joe Wickes every other day but I have been cycling and running less. Food-wise not terrible but drink pretty bad. I’m starting back doing some shifts at the workplace which might help. Hoping for a little loss next week! Well done to all the losers!!

Minnie123456 · 23/04/2020 11:10

Forgot to say I re-entered my start and target weights as I converted them wrong clearly maths is not my strong point GrinBlushHmm

overwork · 23/04/2020 11:15

Well I'm baffled as 1.5lbs down. Should keep me motivated over the next week! @frenchfries22 I've also been enjoying not having to see anyone (particularly in this weather as I have nothing that fits), and that alone is a sign that I need to make a change. @FAQs your picture works in so many ways, it's put me off my long awaited lunch.
Throwing fat bricks to everyone, bloody brilliantl first week I think!

FreckledLeopard · 23/04/2020 11:25

Well done all.

I've lost 8lbs which I'm absolutely thrilled about. Most of it is probably water retention but thank god the scales are going in the right direction.

FreckledLeopard · 23/04/2020 11:32

@AutumnNymph - so sorry but the spreadsheet calculations are wrong. If you simply times by 14, it looks at the numbers after the decimal point as decimals of a whole, not fractions.

So 11 stone 11 lbs (which is entered as 11.11) is 165lbs, not 155.54 which is what the spreadsheet is saying.

Do you mind if I change the formula? Basically I think we need a column for stones, one for lbs next to it, and the formula needs to be (column with stones x 14) + (column in lbs). Happy to amend if you don't mind me fiddling about with it?

LimeJellyforBrains · 23/04/2020 11:36

Well done you losers! (sounds wrong)

I'm down 2lb, and I think that's just from cutting back on the quantity I was scoffing.

However, my ancient mechanical scales are definitely unreliable - can anyone recommend me a new set? Assume I need to go digital and battery-powered? TIA

Rumandcoke41 · 23/04/2020 11:51

@LimeJellyforBrains sorry I can't recommend any as I just use the Wii board to get weighed, it self calibrates everytime so should be accurate and it logs my weight weekly on there too. I get weighed naked and before I've eaten anything to keep the variables the same each week.
Quite depressing looking back at what I've lost in the past and crept back up again to but handy also. I've done it before I can do it again! Hopefully....
Well done on your loss this week !

meow1989 · 23/04/2020 11:59

139.75lbs so I've lost a quarter of a pound... am pre menstrual though so maybe a bit of water weight? I have not changed my eating so bot at all surprised. Might go for a run later!

LimeJellyforBrains · 23/04/2020 12:04

Ooh thanks @Rumandcoke41 I do actually have a Wii board - unused for a couple of years I think - if the batteries haven't leaked and ruined it that might be an idea. It would be too depressing to use the old Mii profile though from when I was a couple of stones lighter Sad. I shall have to set up a new one!

Minnie123456 · 23/04/2020 12:16

@FreckledLeopard I think thats where I got confused last week, then when I tried to work it out this week it was wrong. I had to look at a weight conversion chart to work it out Blush

FreckledLeopard · 23/04/2020 12:19

@minnie123456

I've emailed the spreadsheet owner to see if she wouldn't mind if I change it, as otherwise all the data is wrong, which is a shame.

Minnie123456 · 23/04/2020 12:44

@FreckledLeopard I thought mine was just wrong as i'm terrible at maths lol
I know it's a brilliant idea means we can keep track of our progress easily.

menthollyinsane · 23/04/2020 12:46

If the spreadsheet is wrong, does it mean that I'm really skinny 🤣

OP posts:
Mediumred · 23/04/2020 12:55

I just put it 10.6, meaning 10 stone 6 pounds or 146 pounds, isn’t that ok? That’s what my entry says.

Ugh, just got a new kick up bum now, I have four pairs of jeans, two comfy, two a bit on the tight side, now one of the comfy pairs has gone at the crotch! Waah, this happens quite a lot cos of my cycling so much, I don’t want to buy any online really as I think jeans have to be something you try on, hopefully I can lose a few pounds and get into my tight ones, I live in my jeans!

OwlinaTree · 23/04/2020 13:11

Well done guys, lots of good losses here. I'm gutted that I've gained! I'm not looking to lose loads tbh as my BMI is already 22, but would like to lose a bit round my tummy ready for the summer. I wonder if it's because I've started running and I'm retaining water because of that?

FX next week I'll have more success!! Some very motivating posts on here today!

OwlinaTree · 23/04/2020 13:15

It could be the birthday celebrations of course!! Grin
