I’m hungry today, I didn’t have a proper lunch, just had two weetbix because I couldn’t be bothered to make something. I’m having steak and veg for dinner.

cricketmum84 · 19/11/2019 07:07

Morning everyone :) still 19 this morning and I've promised myself I'm not weighing again until Saturday! Really hope I see some movement soon!

Plan for today is:

Am - water and green tea
L - roasted veg quiche and homemade coleslaw (2 points)
D - lentil and quinoa chilli with sweet potato wedges (0 points)
Snack - something from the work fruit bowl, maybe a Nescafé gingerbread latte (less points and cheaper than costa lol)

Hope everyone has a lovely day!!

Ihatesundays · 19/11/2019 07:40

So today I am 73.2kg which is 0.1kg lighter than I got to in September (no weight loss in October).
So is this my plateau broken then - ha!

7Worfs · 19/11/2019 08:40

Did my fasted HIIT this morning, very pleased I persisted. I was feeling like giving up for good for a moment there. Even started negotiating with myself to take a break in December.

I wonder if neighbours can see me - the woman pedalling like a lunatic in her underwear at 6am Blush

WoollyFoolly · 19/11/2019 09:25

Good for you 7Worfs, you have inspired me to restart my 30 day exercise challenge today.

Still 12.0 here too, we can break this barrier @cricketmum84!

Vebrithien · 19/11/2019 09:58

So.....I think this is a pretty strong positive?!!!

@Vebrithien huge congratulations, it does look like a strong positive. Know how worrying it can be after mcs but this is a whole new pregnancy.

Egghead68 · 19/11/2019 11:41

Congratulations @Vebrithien!!

cricketmum84 · 19/11/2019 13:59

Thanks everyone Blush
In April, we found out at the 12 week scan that it wasn't to be.
In July, we then found out at 8 weeks.
I'd also had 2 previous chemical pregnancies prior to DD.
Just keeping everything crossed that this one progresses well.

Tryingtwo · 19/11/2019 16:43

Congratulations Vebrithien, hoping everything goes well this time.

Howlongtillbedtime · 19/11/2019 18:51

Woohoo!!! Congrats @Vebrithien Fabulous news!!

Startoftheyear2019 · 19/11/2019 22:56

Congratulations @Vebrithien 💐

DownUdderer · 20/11/2019 02:41

@Vebrithien massive congrats. How exciting for you. Best wishes.

@7Worfs go you! Cycling in your knickers!! Ha! That really made me laugh!

I’ve had a lovely morning. I went shopping for a new T-shirt and bought size S, normally I’d get medium. I noticed some nice shorts for 30% off so tried them on, and bought two pairs at a size down compared to what I’ve been wearing for literally years. Yes I have a muffin top, but I’m feeling confident that I can loose more weight. Slow and steady. Anyway for me this is really amazing and very gratifying.

I’ve had sushi today and I’ll have yogurt and fruit for lunch. And I’ll have bolognaise sauce over veggies tonight. And perhaps crackers and cheese for a snack and heaps of water.

cricketmum84 · 20/11/2019 07:03

Morning my lovelies! I'm STILL 19 exactly!

I am hugely hugely stressed though and I do think that's having an effect. My workload is insane as usual for this time in the month. There's a huge project on THATS takinf up most of my time and I'm constantly being pulled in 10 different directions.

DDS (for anyone not on the last thread I have a 15 year old who has recently come out as trans) is STILL refusing school, I still have to go to work but she won't answer her phone or any messages when I'm gone so I'm worrying and stressing all day. Then found messages on her Instagram last night ringleading a meet-up at abandoned buildings telling people to bring balaclavas and spray paint??? I posted a separate thread about this last night but am wondering if I speak to the police about her and see if they will send out a PCSO to speak about the dangers? I've tried time and time again but she pays absolutely no attention to me!

Plan for today is:

Am - Nescafé gingerbread latte and lots of water
L - leftover lentil and spinach chilli and a few sweet potato wedges (0pts)
Snack - banana
D - roasted leeks, broccoli, asparagus, green pepper and tomato, mashed potato and vegetable gravy (2pts)

Hope everyone has a better day than I've got ahead!

Ooh @DownUdderer well done on the T-shirt!! That must have felt GOOOOOOOD!

WoollyFoolly · 20/11/2019 07:24

Still stuck on 12st here! Argh this is so frustrating.

On the other hand - I need to go shopping! Going to DHs work Christmas do next week which is dinner in a posh hotel. Went through my wardrobe last night and I have only 1 dress that still fits and that's too formal (am going to wear that for my work Christmas do which is black tie) so I need to find something to wear. I'd like something to show off my waist now I have one!

7Worfs · 20/11/2019 08:12

Got a whoosh overnight (0.5 kg lighter) but it’s likely temporary dehydration or something, I’ve had it before.

Phone interview for a senior job this morning and another for a junior-ish one in the afternoon with a competitor, I’ll tell them to up the grade or leave me alone.

cricket your post reminded me I was a handful as a teenager too! Blush
The little rebel group probably fancy themselves the next Banksy, which is fine, but they need to be very careful about abandoned buildings, many are not safe.

poorlymatchedsocks · 20/11/2019 08:30

Probably a bit late for this month but I've lost a pound in 5 days. Need to lose about 3 and a half overall. Fingers crossed

Egghead68 · 20/11/2019 08:39

68.6kg
B: jelly 100
L: poke bowl 380
S more jelly 100
D Dahl and rice 550
Spinning

Happy clothes shopping everyone going and I hope everyone stressed and people plateauing get a break soon.

Jeds55 · 20/11/2019 11:59

@Vebrithien your history is so similar to mine, found out at 11.5 weeks then at 8 weeks and 1 chemical. I feel so lucky to have had DD inbetween. Will your EPU scan you early for reassurance? May be worth asking, mine said they would if get pregnant again.
