I reinput everything in the app and that's what I was given. I was on more to stop binges. In doing ok on it but it's only day 2. I'm also trying to get out of the food rut. However in not going to best myself up if I go over later in the week.

Steps and fbw done today

Not2bObvious · 18/11/2019 20:27

I suppose you’ll know after a few days if it’s a bit tight or not life.
I’ve had 1500 so far and I’m on 1695 following another online coaching app but I’ve a lot more weight to lose. Could murder a tonne of buttery toast 😋 I won’t though

I most likely won't stick today as travelling to London today.
Up the last couple of days though

Not2bObvious · 19/11/2019 07:09

Back to Fridays weight, and that brings average down by a huge .2 of a pound haha. Getting there, 5lb of my overall 10lb target with just under 5 weeks to go. Saved 200 from yesterday, that’ll go in the pot for Friday pizza

Bah train running late. Was going to walk part way across London to get some steps in

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/11/2019 14:39

Got some steps in going back to the train.
Will make 10k today hopefully

Not2bObvious · 19/11/2019 17:24

Managed to scrape my 10,000 - between 15 mins before work, 30 mins at lunchtime and general running about. Might get a quick walk to the shops as need to buy lunch bits for kids.

Miraculously all Goals hit.

Not2bObvious · 20/11/2019 06:27

Well done life
Sts so now average down .3, I’m fading away😂 Saved 150 from yesterday. Weights to be done today, probably this afternoon as not feeling up to a pre work work out.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/11/2019 06:39

Down today

Not2bObvious · 20/11/2019 09:09

Forced myself to get up and do a weights workout & then 30 mins jog/brisk walk on the treadmill- add to that the morning run around, nearly 6,000 so that’s a good start to the day

Spike up to 163.1 yesterday after a feed of chips while waiting for washing on Mon eve, going to use the time today to do my grocery shopping instead
Down to 161.6 today so that's brought my weekly average down already.

Well done life on hitting all goals.

Not2bObvious · 20/11/2019 19:19

Might be seeing a spike myself tomorrow, kfc happened and I have no regrets! It was within cals, ok macros and utterly delicious 😋
Over 13,000 steps so good day

KFC is only really breaded chicken.

I was accosted by a warm, freshly baked cheese scone. Le yum. Within all targets but hungry as not very filling.

Not2bObvious · 20/11/2019 21:32

Breaded chicken...in a bun....with chips....and curry sauce. But only 720 cals for the lot so that’s acceptable for a slight splurge dinner. Banked another 100, now 450 for the weekend.

Ooh cheesy carby scone, I don’t think I’ve ever had a cheese scone but now I want one

159.8 this morning Grin
Kept within cals yesterday & did circuits class, much tougher than last week & I really enjoyed it.
Dinner was salmon, sweet potato fries & sweetcorn & green beans at about 10pm

Happierwithouthim · 21/11/2019 05:40

KFC yum, I'd half a chicken breast snackbox on Sunday from a local chip shop & it wasn't great, disappointed you know when calories don't taste good Wink

Cheese scone yummy but I get ya about not being filling

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/11/2019 06:35

126.5 this morning.
Great to see the 15's again happier , one fives not fifteens. Although fifteens would be lovely and calorific

Another day to get goals.

Not2bObvious · 21/11/2019 07:37

Yeah it was really nice. I got a zinger burger, fries & curry sauce - 725 cals (only had half the sauce) so I think that’s reasonable for a satisfying meal that fixed my cravings. I hate when high cal food doesn’t meet up to my expectations. That’s a brilliant drop, well done you! I’m up .4 but still hanging onto my .3 of an average loss so smashing it haha.
Wow life, that’s a great weigh in, go you.
It’s funny how a gain can really get to you, I was trundling along on my quick walk before work feeling quite despondent about no decent scale progress when I had to stop to hitch up my jeans. This is usually where I slip, I go great for a couple of weeks then losses slow/stop and I go f**k it. Not this time, if it’s .3-.5 a week, then so be it.

Not2bObvious · 21/11/2019 07:39

Sorry for going on again about what I had in KFC! It’s clearly made a big impact on me😂

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/11/2019 07:45

It's amazing the impact a nice treat can have. Great nsv there as well.

Happierwithouthim · 21/11/2019 08:11

About twenty minutes after weighing I'd a trip ahem to the loo, was so tempted to take off my clothes and reweigh but then stopped myself with the ludicrousness of it Grin plus I didn't have time.

life absolutely fantastic to get back into the 150's that's for sure, gotta keep it moving now.

That KFC sounds good and when it meets your cravings it's well worth it
NSV's are brilliant too.

My sis had a talk to me the other evening when I was disheartened about my gain that I've not lost from the summer due to gaining a social life with bf, and she said Happier look at how much happier you are now, what's a few lbs? And this coming from someone who struggles massively with her weight.

Not2bObvious · 21/11/2019 08:29

Your sister is so right, especially when it’s only a few pounds. If it were a few stone you’d be justified! Look at stupid here, annoyed over a couple of hundred grams, emotion beats logic hands down when it comes to weight.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/11/2019 08:40

I agree your start sister is right. Emotional happiness makes the other stuff easier

Happierwithouthim · 21/11/2019 09:21

But I feel in it in clothes and it has definitely knocked my confidence compared to where it was a few months ago
