In theory I don’t pay heed to cals burned, that being said I like to see my minimum of 2184 being hit. If I get 12,000 steps I get it easy enough, but just over 10,000 and I struggle to scrape it. Well done for doing the class happier, your food today sounded scrummy.

Forgot until I ate it that I chopped up a skin on kiwi and a passionfruit into my melon cubes Grin #extrafibre

Happierwithouthim · 16/11/2019 06:13

Up 1lb, seems to be a pattern. Tomorrow will be the decider.
Lovely low weigh in happier, great work. Gosh it’s cold this morning, trying to rouse myself to get moving. I should go for a quick jog before I start the taxi driving/Saturday stock up. But I don’t want to😂

Weight dropped again which is a miracle after a carb, junk and wine fest yesterday. More beers and bad food today so expect a rise Monday.

Going veggie again for a while after today courtesy of ds although I will inevitably cheat!

Nsv of sorts. Bought some jeans yesterday when I got them home the size was different to that on the hanger. As my current ones are baggy I tried them on and they fit but are tight so the aim of the next two weeks is to lose a couple of pounds so I can breathe in them for a party I'm going to

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/11/2019 15:31

I can't stop shoving chocolate biscuits and bad stuff in my mouth. What is wrong with me ffs

WreckTangled · 16/11/2019 15:43

I'm having a similar day life. So far I've had:

A slice of Edam
Chicken satay skewers with stir friend cauliflower rice, cabbage and leeks
Chocolate (low carb)
A pepperami
Three seed 'crackers' with Boursin and mexicana
More chocolate

Dinner is going to be sausages with cauliflower cheese. Or maybe broccoli as I've had cauliflower today. Probably more chocolate too.

It must be the weather. Also it's almost dark already!

Not2bObvious · 16/11/2019 15:52

Bit picky myself today but avoiding choc as it’s a trigger food. Tip I’d heard was eat what you want but put it on a plate, sit down and eat it. Makes you more conscious and breaks the food coma.
Nice one on scales drop wolf, enjoy your weekend - nice to have a goal with the jeans

I've had 1/2 bacon bun as DS didn't finish. Breakfast, numerous cups of tea, southern fried chicken strips with 1 slice leerman in a flour bun, mars ice cream, 3 chunky bars and tea will be beef curry, rice, pashwari naan.
Yesterday wasn't much better. #greedybastard

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/11/2019 18:37

Big bowl of ice cream.
Stopped short of a partidge in a pear tree

Got different breakfast stuff in. Going to go cold turkey on sugar and mix food up a bit. Aiming for calories, steps and fbw next week. Then will focus on macros

Not2bObvious · 17/11/2019 06:01

So around 2 weeks ago I reckoned we had
49 days to Christmas week and I said I was allowing myself 9 days out of those 40 for going off plan. Put it this way I’ve 8 days left... Had a lot of choc/crisps and went way over calories. Going to enter in today’s food in mfp & stick to it, shopping/cinema this afternoon and a roast dinner. I can’t quite pull my calories back fully but I won’t go over them. I’ll get some steps in too, 80,000 so far this week - I’d like to get 15,000 today

Up to this morning not a surprise

Not2bObvious · 17/11/2019 09:46

Down .4 today, down 2.2lb on average since last Sunday.

Hi all, you are all doing so well.
Sorry I've got been posting, still pretty ill but think this is the tail end of it now. Don't have the headache or aches and pains anymore.

Also my scar sites seem to be pulling from the inside still, I don't remember that happening this far along when I had the first laparoscopy, I think I will have to make a drs appointment. And I'm still getting really tired, so the house is a mess as I'm finding it really hard to keep on top of things as it is just wiping me out.

My weigh in this morning was 77.7 kgs, so I've gained a bit, could have been pizza hut yesterday?! Special pay day treat for me and my little one.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 17/11/2019 12:41

*not even

Not2bObvious · 17/11/2019 19:03

You poor thing curvy, I remember my lap entry points being very sore for a while but not pulling as such. I think the GA is very very hard on your system, just listen to your body, it’s telling you to take it slow. I wouldn’t even take that step onto the scales but no doubt pizza would show on the it. I kind of avoid it even though I know I’m being silly, it doesn’t actually cause a real gain but a bit of carb bloat. I hope you and your little one enjoyed the treat.
Watched Brittany ran a marathon (booked tickets, then realised it was on my Amazon Prime, that KILLED me, nearly €20 for 2 tickets grrrrrr) this avo, all cals gone now so I’ll try leave it there but if I have to allow myself 200 so be it. Did 50 mins on the treadmill before I went out, add to that walking about and I’m 13,000+ steps

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 17/11/2019 19:29

I'm currently on 1544 calories and have stopped. Got a headache which is probably lack of sugar and caffeine.
Macros not hit but one step at a time. Fbw done but only 8k steps today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/11/2019 19:29

Take it easy curvy. You will still be recovering. The weight will wait a bit longer

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 17/11/2019 20:58

Thanks not and life, you're both right, I just didn't think it would be such hard work still.
not, the pizza was good!

Not2bObvious · 18/11/2019 06:53

Up .8 on Friday, that’s fine.
4.2 lighter than when I started my 7 week challenge 2 weeks ago so that’s encouraging, my skinny jeans don’t feel completely like compression garments. Thinking about increasing my weight sessions (sounds so grandiose when it’s just dumbbells) to 3 a week, starting this afternoon, I’ll decide as the day goes on.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/11/2019 08:32

Down a bit. Day planned to hit 1500 all Goals

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 18/11/2019 10:04

So I went to the drs, he is concerned about the pain I'm in, where he pressed my stomach, it was pretty painful, so has arranged an ultrasound, just have to wait for the letter.
He did a urine test to rule out an infection, that came back fine.
Just waiting to have a blood test to check for inflammation and a full blood count.

He told me to take it easy and not to lift anything heavy or do any strenuous exercise until the ultrasound.

So no weights for me, yet.
I'm glad I went, at least I know I'm not imagining things!

Not2bObvious · 18/11/2019 11:32

Better to get it checked out curvy, hopefully you’ll start feeling much better.
Is 1500 your actual amount life or have you cut your cals? Doesn’t sound much

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 18/11/2019 15:07

Well hello there everyone sounds like we all had a weekend off plan Hmm

So Friday evening I went over by 500 cals, I made a promise to myself to record everything I consume for the rest of the year so I'm going to input my food from Sat/Sun this evening when I waiting for my clothes to wash in public washing machine, broke rubber seal on door of mine on Friday morning.

Sat won't be completely accurate as I didn't count my drinks but it'll be close enough I guess.

Scales was up by 1.3lbs from Sat to Mon which I'm very pleased with.

curvy hope you get that ultrasound quickly

Not2bObvious · 18/11/2019 18:13

That sucks about your washing machine happier, but good news about small weekend gain.
Hungry day, I still have about 250 left but don’t know what to use it on. Rather too much evening left
